The driveway is incredibly gnarly--steep, with a sharp curve that required a complete spin-around maneuver at the top to back into the camping pad. They handled every inch of it with confidence, precision, and professionalism, making what looked impossible seem routine. Truly impressive skill behind the wheel. I unfortunately got towed by these a-wipes and was told by the owner, "haha that's sucks" and had to walk 4 miles in the cold and rain. When I got there I was pretty upset and as I talked to them they told me I could take my bad attitude somewhere else. Only problem with that is that I can't go anywhere else even if I wanted too. So then I bumped into the owner by accident and he then threatened me. After he was done telling me how he could kick my ass he then made me wait in the rain and wait until he was ready. As soon as he was done taking his sweet time I finally got my car, which was parked in a puddle. I have never in all my years dealt with more awful and rude individuals. I say this to anybody that thinks they should go here, DON'T! You will regret it. The fact that they are still in business is a miracle and if I could give them negative amount of stars I would.

The police informed me that the tow truck would drop me off nearby or bring me to the shop. Since I was just south of exit 6 on route three I asked to be dropped off right off exit 6. The tow truck told me it would be $250 to be dropped off anywhere but the tow truck yard. I told him I just needed to be dropped off right off the exit and he pointed south on route three and said rudely, "I'm going THAT way". When I found out the shop was in , I was extremely confused. He obviously had to turn around and go north on route three past the exit I was asking to be dropped off on. I called the next morning, and asked what their policy was for being dropped off nearby. The man on the phone informed me that it was free to be dropped off right off an exit. I then told him what I was told the previous night and he told me that "I was hysterical and ran straight to the police officer." I then asked him how he knew who I was and informed him that was not what happened. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of having to go there to sign a written release so my insurance could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I said a friendly hello to the man at the counter to which he put up a finger and said "one moment" without looking up from his computer screen. I had to sign a waiver, releasing them of all liability if I fell on the ice rink that is their property. After, I was told I could get my personal belongings out of my vehicle, but I could not find it in the tow yard. I would avoid this company at all in the future. I do not know how much my insurance will have to pay or how much I am going to have to pitch in, but I am very unhappy with the customer service, lies, and general sketchiness of this company.

They think they can charge what ever they want and it seems like the state police have given them the idea they can unfortunately. My car was towed and kept at their shop in Bow for 5 days before I was able to get there to pick it up. when I got there I was told that it was going to cost me upwards of $1000 which is absolutely ridiculous for a 13 mile one way tow and storage in their giant half empty parking lot. Then I was told that I couldn't get any of my belongings out of it until it was paid in full. Long story short couldn't get to work without my car and at $85 per day storage fee the price was rising. Bu the time I was able to get some of the money together for the vehicle and a lawyer the car was sold out from under me illegall with all my belonging which is against the law.
