I took him in and they said it was fleas so they gave him shots. I give my animals, 2 cats and a dog, oral flea meds monthly. The same cat I took in previously kept licking again and bc of all the lost fur I went back to cornerstone. They told me it was fleas again. I was perturbed bc we have flea spray for the house and were giving the pets pills monthly. I took my cat back yet again in Nov/December and this one nurse asked me about the flea meds. I told her it was the pill and she says very loudly and abruptly "THE PILL IS FOR DAILY USE ONLY NOT MONTHLY". I told her I didn't know, it doesn't say that on the box for the meds. Another woman comes into the room, she was much nicer and she checked my cat; they told me since he didn't have fleas he has a skin allergy. I couldn't believe it. they gave him some shots. The nice lady told me she had the same breed of cat as mine, as did her mom and these cats are highly allergic and have skin sensitivities. She was so kind and I felt reassured. Today I went back to get another allergy shot for my cat. The same rude nurse took me into a back room and asked if I had been keeping up with my cat's flea meds. I said yes. She asked if I had been treating the house. I said yes. She asked me what brand of flea medicine I was giving my cat. I told her it was advantagex or something. I'm sorry i didnt memorize the brand I had no idea I was getting quizzed today. Should I start listing the ingredients next? She left the room and I waited for 10 minutes and she comes back in and snatches the stethoscope off the counter and slams the door. I wait another 10 mins and she comes in with the shot. She tells me she'll have my file Up front. I get up to the counter- she's whispering to one of the secretaries with her hand over her mouth and the secretary looks at me. The entire time I stood there uncomfortably while I waited to pay my bill. The rude red haired nurse/ lady whatever she is. I didn't have a problem with cornerstone until her. I'm not even sure that I warranted such bad treatment. I'm just a normal person who tries my best when it comes to my pets.

Brad was impatient and kept huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes and was doing everything he could to bully and intimidate me. He ended up storming off and another employee had to take over for him. I don't know what his problem might be but I suspect he has a problem with women as I do not feel he would have ever behaved with another man as he did with me. I wasn't upset in the least and tried to ignore his ill tempered answers to my questions until I could no longer ignore his bad behavior. People need to speak up when someone treats them like this so it doesn't happen to someone else.

The staff is also extremely helpful and even cleaned my dogs crate when my dog vomited on the way to the clinic. I didn't even ask them, they volunteered!!! That's A+ service in my book! I scheduled my appointment online about 2 weeks ago for today August 17th at 4:00 p.m. this morning the groomer called me at 11:00 a.m. asking if I could come in earlier because they close at 6:00 p.m. today and she didn't want to be rushed first off why do they offer 4:00 p.m. appointment on Sunday when they close at 6:00 if it was going to make them rest secondly I agreed to come in an hour earlier if I get there at 3:00 just to find out that their records show that my appointment doesn't begin until 4:00 mind you they didn't tell me this until 4:00 so my dog sat back inside and the kennel or whatever for an hour then the groomer comes out and tells me that my dog is getting big and she's going to lunch so grooming when she gets back so in the meantime I'm very frustrated and so I talked to the manager and she's just like yes ma'am yes ma'am and they didn't offer to do anything and so they said I would be charged for just the bath which included a nail trim which was needed badly so I told him to make sure to trim his nails so the Grandma comes back from lunch doesn't say boo to me and then I see it finally at 4:45 that someone has my dog in the grooming area you know combing it real slow while the groomer has her back to me talking to that person so I asked another lady if she could go check to see if his nails have been done yet so we could go because I didn't ask for him to be styled or anything she comes back tosses my dog into my arms and I say well I checked his nails and they hadn't been done I said why she said because you're being very rude to us man just go free of charge so I went back to the manager that I spoke with earlier and I asked her I said man was I rude when I spoke to you and the groomers over there earlier she said no ma'am I said well they just told me they just tossed my dog in my arms and told me that I'm being very rude so they didn't even cut his nails or anything all they did was bathe and dry him which he wasn't even all the way dry and said to leave free of charge so she says what I'm a new manager so I'm not sure what can be done I said is there another man during the storm she said yes so she went and got him I told him the whole story and he says will let me go talk to him he goes over there and is over there with the groomers for probably I don't know 15 minutes and he comes back over and I said well what did they tell you why I was being rude and he said no we didn't talk about specifics all they mentioned was that you happen to say a comment that you've heard bad things about Petco grooming yes I did say that as a passing comment when I was talking to the lady who checked me in wasn't a big deal besides whether I heard bad things or not I was there to get my dog groomed wasn't I he didn't talk about specifics with him what the fuck did you go over there and talk about then So it all ended with My dog just getting a bath and nothing else Which I got for free big deal That's not what I went there to get all I ask was why did you ask me to come in an hour earlier if you're not going to start my appointment until an hour later and then you up and go to lunch so I gotta wait another 30 minutes till you get back And no one could answer me The other girls were like I don't know I don't know what we can ask her when she gets back from lunch And then she gets back from lunch and then stay boo to me The place is very rude I don't know how they're grooming skills are because I didn't get a chance Experience it But just for the store in general and the managers dug and whatever the new girl manager's name was and then the groomer is Emily J Negative negative review for those people And the entire experience
