Dr. Martin immediately came up with a plan to move the teeth to create spaces for implants. When the spaces opened up he attached Pontic teeth, so I wasn't left with giant gaps. Other orthodontics that I had talked to gave the option of shoving all my teeth together, which would have deformed my side profile and bite. Dr. Martin is the most accommodating and personable doctor I've known. His staff is the sweetest and is always apt to advocate for you. Several times they've made me retainers absolutely free. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. And while this was unfortunate and I know my kids weren't thrilled with having the braces twice as long as we expected, everything seems to have worked out well. My son just had his braces taken off and his teeth look great. I appreciate Dr. Marris taking on a huge number of patients suddenly the way she did. Our billing transferred over seamlessly. My only complaint is with scheduling. It has been more difficult to get appointments than the old orthodontist was. I wish they had more flexible hours since so many of their patients are school-aged. I have had real trouble getting afternoon appointments and there are many appointments that they will only book in the morning. That's a big issue for me since I don't want my kids missing too much school. Overall I'm happy. The office staff is very nice. My kids like going there.
