One star is too high for this place. I honestly do not know how they get new patients because you cannot contact anyone by calling. There are 20 different options when you call and I actually did try every single department trying to get to talk to any human at the business and not a single option would connect me to a human. Most options said the mailbox was full or that the person wasn't taking calls. Huh? How do you run a business like this? I tried messaging thru Facebook and my messages were marked 'seen' but nobody would ever respond. My father ordered dentures at this place in May 2021, we are now almost in September 2021 and he still doesn't have them. He actually passed away while waiting for his dentures that they put in as a 'rush' job. He had terminal cancer and couldn't eat to gain any weight because he had no teeth. The chemo destroyed his teeth and he went to this fly by night place to get some dentures made and they took so long, he got so skinny that he actually died waiting for his teeth. Sadly i wish i was kidding. I had to actually go in the office to finally get to talk to someone. I would never recommend this place to anyone for anything unless you like paying for things you never receive. dear all about smiles Butler Pa, I would not recommend going to this office. I was going there since 2017 or 2016 to get braces never had issues with my teeth. Once I got my braces off in 2018 I had an issue once Covid hit needing to get a filling done. they absolutely refused to take me for months. I went through 2 rounds of antibiotics. once I was finally seen they did my crown but they did not seal it correctly ( for refference I got a new X-ray done by my recent dentist). since it was not sealed correctly a cavity was growing under my crown for about 2 years. my crown popped off and now I might end up losing one of my big teeth in the back. I also had issues for anesthesia when I had to get my wisdom teeth out. I have been through hell with this office. I don't know what I ever did to deserve this kind of treatment. I just want to warn any parents about this place so no one has to go through what I have lived for the past few years. I am only 23 I never had issues with my teeth before I went to this office. I am not trying to spread hate. I am just trying to spread awareness. read more

I went to this place and they told me I needed a root canal. I gave them my insurance info before the appointment, and they told me that they accepted my insurance provider. So I said okay, so they numbed me up and started drilling out the tooth. After about 10 minutes of drilling, someone came into the room and said that they had made a mistake. Now they said that my insurance wouldn't cover the root canal, so unless I had the cash to pay for it that day, they'd have to stop working on me, halfway through the root canal. Of course I didn't have the cash, so they put some kind of chalky paste into the tooth that they had just hollowed out. The chalky paste fell apart in my mouth within two days, leaving a huge open hole in my mouth. These people are sadistic and they have absolutely no ethics. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Got all my teeth out .. I went there was gonna get sadation but the lady tried her best to find a vein .it was not her fault . My veins are small and shot. They number me up and I did not feel a thing . They are honestly the best dentist I have ever been to .. can't wait to get my dentures . Thanks again for everything w read more

Staff is very nice! They talked with us after the appointment and made sure I was good to go and were discussing treatment options! Only bad thing about this place is their phones are messing up. I was just there wednesday. (9/22/21) and haven't been able to contact them since! Since, the phones are screwing up..i give this place a 3 star rating because phone service is key! read more

I have no idea how this place makes money? I have called for months and listened to all of the ads you are forced to listen to. I have left multiple messages, and still nothing. My story I was a new customer the girls out front were very nice when I first met Dr. Drew I thought geez this guy is too young to be a good dentist and I was nervous upon realizing that I was Dr. Drew spent the extra time to talk to me and make me feel comfortable he talked to me about golfing something I also enjoy it was during this conversation that he informed me of the time he made a hole in one on the ninth hole at birdsfoot golf club at that point I thought to myself this man has the hands of the surgeon to ace that hole and I was right Not only am I able to eat Whole Foods again my smile is what I remember from when I was young man Dr Drew and his staff work like a well oiled machine . with their looks and his guidance I feel like I'm on the set of Charlie's Angels read more

Lack of staff. Waiting list is extremely long. They cancel appointments last minute and have a 5 month wait for rescheduling.

Okay, I haven't been here but my wife went there and was treated very unfairly. The nurses were rude and screamed at her. Even the dentist himself was rude and unkind. They talked about her personal information in front of everyone in the waiting room. And the worse part is they refused to do anything for her that day after taking her payment. Do not go here. The young dentist began by removing older amalgam fillings. Funny thing is that he left cavities in the several teeth which he treated. Told me it was discoloration. No a**hole, it's a hole In the side of my tooth and you removed the entire crown leaving a cavity? Like they are trying to set people up for bridge work by quietly destroying your teeth because you trusted them to work on your mouth. Beware. Lawsuit pending. read more

This place is horrible and should be called ALL About Frowns. I went to this place just this past week to have a cavity filled. The dentist was very young and inexperienced. He gave me Novocane which spewed over into my mouth and I believe he may have shot the needle into a nasal cavity because now I am experiencing cold symptoms. After the tooth was filled by his assistant, who I also believe did not know what she was doing, I started sneezing uncontrolably, and I still have nasal drip. I asked this very young man what he did to cause this and he said oh it is normal to have a drip but I do not agree, and then my child was seen the same day to have his teeth cleaned by another unprofessional who work in the office, and she seemed almost angry that she had to clean his teeth. Then she started coughing uncontrolably and returned just as she left with a nasty attiude. I plan to share with the FDA and my insurance Company what happened but buyers be aware do not go here to for Dentistry in fact if Butler County had a health department this place would probably be closed by now. read more
