The two movers showed up on time, cleared out our 24 foot truck quickly and efficiently and nothing was damaged at all! (Every other move resulted in at least one broken belonging.) We were very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy and found their prices more than fair. We hired them again yesterday to put together a pool table for us and move around some heavy furniture we changed our minds about the location of. Again they were on time, got the job done in no time and were very polite. We whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a couple of pros to get the job done who also happen to be nice guys. I tried so hard to clearly communicate my needs to this company but, when moving day came, the two men who showed up just wanted to do the bare minimum and actually charged me a fee for staying until 4:30, even though I had already asked Sound to charge me for the whole day. They were on time. We had to wait for access to my storage area, they were patient. We warned them that we live in a heavily wooded area, off a country roads, with tight turns into the driveway and, with smiles, they were game. They drove a HUGE (30ft, 36ft?) truck right to the doors. They were careful, fast, and nice. Those are benefits you usually don't get when you're moving, The fees were reasonable and they were appreciative when I tipped. I can't recommend them highly enough. Call them. trust them, tip well. The owner tried making it all better afterwards with some $ compensation but many many many pieces of furniture were ruined and not protected during the move.
