Lord knows what they did with them, the lady who waited on me had a bad attitude, and wasn't friendly at all. When I said I wanted to return my glasses she didn't say 2 words to me. My insurance filed a greivance so that I could get new glasses from another establishment! 10/10 don't recommend anyone go here! Not to mention they don't ever answer the phone. I would recommend getting a legitimacy of their company checked! Nobody ever answers the phone, and the internet is always out. First step is going to my insurance, next step is the BBB! I did not like because irritated eyes. They told me they let me know when daily samples would be in. I dint hear from them 3-4 months. I kind of forgot about until license expired. I failed dot vision test without contacts. Called this this eye clinic, they said they no longer had samples. I waited another week for samples to come in and reschedule dot visit again. I failed vision test with the contacts i was prescribed. The doctor must gotten her license during covid when standards were a lot lower. First time knowing that their are bad doctors out there in the world. Careful who you trust your health with!

I walked inside happy as a duck, smile on my face and tail feathers aloft. The place looked…read morehorrible from the outside. Every store was a temple to zombies. The parking lot was basically a field of weeds and there were thugs on the roof on the south side. When I walked in a group of 4 mutually diverse teens looked at me and I felt in my gut that they would attack me. I sped walked inside and quickly observed that a pizza place and a Chinese restaurant were feeding many starving people. I walked further more into the main area of the mall and got rammed by the security guard. Although he didn't physically touch me he touched my soul with his words and it cut deeper than a knife. "You can't go this way" he said. I asked to speak to his manager but he refused. I then stormed out of the mall angry as a goose with my tail feathers a droop. I just didn't like this place. Supposed to be a $10.00 co pay for prescriptions and $150.00 frames and $150.00 for lenses paid by insurance.. I confirmed this before the appointment in the Dr office. I forgot my credit card to make payment. It was decided to have the appointment then go home and get my CC. Upon returning to pay my $10.00 co pay- I picked frames and the glasses price is now $475.00. I was to be happy that was at a 20% discount. I also now owed a Refraction fee of $38.00 the front desk said was needed to complete my script. They also took my $10.00 co pay for my vision insurance. I paid the refraction fee but, I was confused. Called my insurance and they agreed that fee is included in my policy. Heated conversation takes place about being over charged. Front desk refuses to credit my CC and gives me $36.00 in single dollar bills and quarters. Keep the 10.00 co pay amount. Refused to give me a receipt for the refraction charge and refund. I said why are the classes priced at $475.00 when I have insurance? They said you have insurance but we don't have to take it. So, after the appointment and confirming my insurance they decided to charge the exam to Medicare as a health exam and then refuse my insurance for vision and now I have to pay refraction fee and full price for glasses. NONE of this was disclosed to me before the appointment. Upon questioning the refraction fee the front desk told me I need to go to Walmart for glasses gas lighting me and avoiding the over charges made. In the end I got a refund for the refraction fee ( with no receipt). Why no receipt? Because for each surprise medical bill they Doctor can be sued for $10,000. Never seen such rude front desk employees, no communication that my insurance wasn't going to be accepted until after the visit was done. The only reason they verbally said it was because I kept saying my insurance covers refraction fee. Front desk is rude, dismissive, dishonest. I think Dr Bailey is nice, but, with this office billing practices and rude front desk that shows all that is needed to know about the office as a whole
