Ben promptly opened up entire insides and cleaned out suet as thoroughly as possible, put boiler back together, checked/wrapped/secured any wiring, tested operation, and checked radiators had heat or needed bleeding. Since then I have called him 8 times talking to him 4 times. Tony told me each time they would be here on a certain day, but never showed up or even called. This is 62 days. I just talked to him and he said he's a busy man but he wasn't to busy when I needed a $2,000 AC. He said he apologized and said I could get someone else. I'll probably have to pay a fine.
