We've hired them 3 times now and always been completely satisfied. They've installed a garage heater requiring piping, retrofitted us from LP to Natural gas and more recently changing out ane original owners fireplace (see through type, no heat, lots of smoke) with a high efficiency one that will keep us warm without power even on the coldest of days. A big project - Danco brought in 4 HVAC guys and contracted the stone mason. Started Wednesday, done by Monday - even with bad weather. A one stop shop, excellent work, fast & clean and they always arrive the day/time they say they will. I won't even look for other HVAC quotes now, I just call Dan @ Danco.

Since then I have called him 8 times talking to him 4 times. Tony told me each time they would be here on a certain day, but never showed up or even called. This is 62 days. I just talked to him and he said he's a busy man but he wasn't to busy when I needed a $2,000 AC. He said he apologized and said I could get someone else. I'll probably have to pay a fine. I had an issue with my furnace, of course, at the end of the day, 3pm. I contacted Experienced who…read moresaid they'd come out within an hour. Brian arrived in 45 minutes. He determined we needed a part that he had back at his shop. He left and returned in another hour with the part. We've had issues previously with this furnace particularly the "zone valve." 4 different HVAC experts had been to our house before replacing zone valve after zone valve. Brian examined the furnace and he was able to determine that the issue was probably never the zone valve, but the wiring was never Installed properly. He rewired, also discovered it wasn't working because with 2 thermostats we needed a transformer. He fixed it all the same day and we finally had someone solve our "zone valve" issue after 25 years! !!! Can't recommend Experienced enough!!!

When he arrived early, which was great, he checked over my furnace, filter and ductwork. My furnace vent pipe was leaking, however, and he did fix that by repiping it in that one area. The price was reasonable. The young man was professional, informative and courteous. He was able to give me quotes one other potential projects. Overall, a great experience. Will be contacting them for all future plumbing and heating needs. Also, Molly is really pleasant to talk to you on the phone.
