Sandy at Peninsula Locksmiths helped us out twice in the past couple years. She does good work and communicates clearly and promptly.
First, she replaced all the exterior door knobs and locks at my mother's place in Chassell and had them all set to work with one key. Some of the installs needed a bit of work for the deadbolts, and she took care of everything and left everything working well. Plus we had an old screen/storm door that was missing the hardware and while we could't get the parts (old door) to fully fix it, she got it back into at least usable shape with a common sense fix.
For the second she came out to install new knobs and locks, keyed together, for a rental house we purchased. In that case, one of the doors needed to be replaced or at least fixed, and she told us as much instead of just trying to throw a lock onto a bad situation. I appreciate the forthrightness.
