The apartments are really nice, but the staff is even better. Always willing to help. After the storm we just had we lost power. Once it came back on we realized the air conditioning was not working. It was 9PM at night. I called to report it figuring I would hear from them the next day. 15 minutes later there was a knock at the door. The maintenance staff was there to check it out. I was shocked. There are always activities going on. The staff are very involved. We absolutely love it! I highly recommend it!

The complex is now clean and well maintained. The common areas have been redone in a style more in keeping with the ambience of the complex as a whole. The gym is clean and well provisioned with equipment. The pool area is super clean and comfortable. Under previous management maintenance was haphazard at best. Now filter changes and pest control occur on a regular basis. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very personable and easy to work with. They are all continually doing both big and little things to improve the appearance and the comfort of living here. Where this place originally was about a 6 or 7, it is now a strong 9 to 10 and continuing to improve.

She helped us in a big way with all the logistics making the transition seamless. There were a couple hiccups regarding appliances, but Andrea was on top of it from the get go, doing everything she can to get things done efficiently, and effectively....having staff like that on site is priceless!! Not a one-time sighting -- an ongoing, inside-your-unit, crawling-on-the-walls infestation that management has failed to resolve. The conditions are unsanitary and unacceptable. The sauna has visible mold and mildew, which is a serious health hazard. The pool is poorly maintained with hair and debris in it, yet residents are still charged an amenity fee for facilities that are clearly not being properly cleaned or maintained. Safety is also a major concern. This community is not gated, and there is no real control over who comes in and out. I personally witnessed a violent dog attack, as well as an assault and an attempted robbery on the property. This is not a safe place to live. Between the pest infestation, health hazards, lack of cleanliness, and serious safety issues, this property is being mismanaged at every level. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the risk -- do NOT move here.

This is hands down the worst place I've ever lived…read more There is CONSTANT noise -- banging, stomping, yelling -- at all hours of the day and night, and management does absolutely nothing about it no matter how many times you complain. The walls and floors are paper thin, so good luck getting any sleep or peace and quiet. On top of that, a lot of the neighbors are rude and inconsiderate and leave dog crap all over the place. You can't even walk in the grass. It feels like no one here has any respect for the people living around them. Save yourself the stress, the lost sleep, and the wasted money.
