I was very lucky to have found Alison, when we sold our house it was super stressful. She is so helpful and attentive to my needs and communicated exactly what she needed. Even when we were buying our next house, i was able to contact Alison at all times with requests 7 days a week and she always came through. Such a blessing. read more

Alison recently sold our home and was phenomenal throughout the whole process. We decided to list, she brought in comps and helped us price to sell quickly. We had already packed some items, but she hired a stager to go through and make a list of items to remove, then brought in staging items to make the home less personalized. We quickly took pictures and listed the house, and within a week were in escrow. Alison was very professional and helped us through the transaction with ease. I highly recommend contacting Alison Everhart for all of your real estate needs. read more

Alison did a fantastic job of helping my husband and me with assisting in us finding a relator locally. She made sure she understood our needs and what we were looking for in a home to refer us to a realtor that would be a great fit. She continued to offer excellent customer service throughout our process by following up with us frequently and answering any questions we may have had. Her knowledge of the entire process was helpful when we were deciding which type of loan we should go with as well as the lender we ultimately chose. We can't thank her enough for her patience, generosity, and making this a great experience! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Alison and her team are THE BEST. If you are looking to buy or sell, this team is the "go to". Put it this way, during a time crunch she helped us sell our home and walk away with no foreclosure. She is as real as can be and loyal. Her team work very hard and are very fast. Because of this team, our lives have changed and we will definitely have her as our family Realtor. No joke. My mother in law wished for a house before retirement. Like the flash, Alison and her team were able to guide her in the right direction given her situation. Just last weekend she moved into her new home and its basically what she wanted. We loved working with Alison! Alison helped relieve all the stress and made it a really fun experience for us. She listened to our preferred criteria and suggested a few areas that would work for us. She really understood what I was looking for and everything she showed us was dead on to what we were looking for. Alison was helpful from the beginning to the end of purchasing our very first home ever! She was easy to get a hold of and promptly answer all the million questions we had since we were first time home buyers. She was extremely knowledgable and held our hand with a smile every step of the way. I am proud to say we are now living in our dream home and I don't think it would have been possible with out Alison's help. I would definitely recommend Alison Everhart to a friend! She makes dreams come true! read more

My wife and I had Alison sell our house and help us find another house. Her energy and her helpfulness pushed us to stay motivated when we were starting to feel overwhelmed with the whole process of finding and selling our home. We would recommend to our friends and family to use Alison as there agent. And if we ever sell again (hopefully we don't) I would have Alison as my agent again. read more

What a relief to work with such a knowledgeable and kind realtor. if you're looking for a great realtor than you have found her.

I want to first of all say that I don't usually write yelp reviews but I always read them before choosing anything new. As a first time home buyer I was a bit worried and skeptical about trusting anyone with really understanding all my wants, and actually listening to what I was saying. Alison Everhart was AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about her. She really stayed on top of new listings and always kept me in the loop of what was going on. One thing I personally get irritated with on dealing with any sales type people is when they try to "sell" me or tell ME what I want. I never felt that from her. She seemed more like a friend than someone that was working for me. I hope to be in our new home for a very long time, but if we ever move, Alison Everhart is the only realtor I will call! read more

I wish there was a 5k star option, Alison goes above and beyond. 1st transaction was with our own home, we looked for a few weeks, she pushed and pushed and pushed to find our forever home for us, and then we found it, she was so informative and made the process a ride in the park, then my grandmother had a previous agent from hell (that is my own personal option which is covered by the constitution) anyway Alison came in listed the house, turned the utilities back on and within the first weekend she listed it, my grandma had an offer for 50k more than she was in escrow for 6months with previous agent. Alison is very easy to work with and will do whatever it takes for her clients. It was a pleasure to work with you in this sale and I will definitely refer my friends to you for future real estate transactions. Thank you for all your help!!!! read more

Alison and Emily are truly top notch. From selling my home to getting me into a new one I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me along the way. Every step was explained throughly and nothing was left to question. No stone left unturned. They got me 2k over asking with one day in the market. If you need to buy or sell I highly recommend using the A Team. read more
