When an agent says, "this house doesn't fit you", you know you have an honest agent who isn't just looking for a quick sale. Her contractor contacts were always outstanding, and literally saved us thousands of dollars. My best description of her is that she's your partner when looking to sell or buy a new house. She'll look out for your best interest and make it a pleasant process until it's concluded. We are happy and grateful that we were the recipients of her expertise and cheerful persona.

A friend referred us to Denny, and working with him ended up being one of the best decisions we made. He walked us through every step, explained things clearly, and was always available to answer our questions. We're really grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend Denny to anyone looking to buy a home.

When I found that he's a Lego nerd, just like me, I knew that he will understand me well and know…read morewhat I need. Denny is an incredible realtor to work with for my very first home purchase. People say that purchase of new build is easy and clean and I don't need an agent. As a first-time buyer, I disagree. I had a lot of questions and concerns going in, but Denny's guidance made the whole process feel smooth and low-stress. He walked me through the pros and cons of new builds vs. resale in detail during our first consultation, which helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Once we found the right new-build community, Denny didn't just settle for the standard builder promotion -- he negotiated hard and got me an extra $10K on top of the existing incentive, for $60K in total credits. That kind of advocacy made a real difference. Denny was also there the whole inspection process - followed up with inspection schedule, arranged professional home inspector, showed up at the walk-throughs and spotted more hair-thin issue than I did. The whole process, from our first conversation to getting the keys, took about 5 months, and Denny was responsive and thorough every step of the way. Highly recommend him if you're looking for an agent who genuinely goes the extra mile for his clients.

One thing that really stood out to us is that she makes the effort to visit homes herself before showing them to her clients, which allows her to identify potential issues and determine whether a property is truly worth our time. Throughout the purchase, Anna was incredibly responsive and stayed on top of every detail from start to finish. She is also a very strong negotiator and did an excellent job advocating for our interests while keeping the transaction moving forward. We always felt that she was one step ahead and looking out for things we might not have thought to consider ourselves. Anna is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about finding the right home for her clients. Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and negotiating skills made a significant difference in our experience. We would absolutely recommend Anna to anyone looking for a realtor who is hands-on, diligent, and truly committed to her clients.

David started sending me options right away which relieved me of stress knowing that I had someone at my side supporting me and looking for exactly what I needed. Throughout the week David was communicating back and forth between me and property management. They've always made themselves available to discuss all our home ownership dreams. Someone was always available answer all of our questions and process through options with patience and kindness even before we were preapproved. So when it was time for my family to upgrade our home we knew exactly who we were going to go to. Our case was multi-layered because we wanted to find our new home, but we also had to sell our existing home at the same time. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. From discussing our gameplan, figuring out timelines, listing our home, scheduling private tours, getting preapproved, putting offers in, shopping for loans, and requesting multiple worksheets - their expertise and professionalism was unmatched. (Special mention to Darwin and Marlyne for always making themselves available to answer all our questions and address every concern. And also, to Eileen for her promptness with all the documents). Even when we were hesitant or got worried about the finances, they never pressured us to rush into any decision. We always felt supported and encouraged. My family have been very blessed and fortunate to have successfully close two escrows in the span of 7 days! This is the third transaction that the McLeod team has helped us with.
