Thanks to their help, I probably had the smoothest and quickest home purchase process ever from start to finish. A colleague introduced me to Amanda in September 2020. We spoke a few days the first week, I got prequalified the next Friday, I looked at homes that weekend, we made offers and entered escrow the following week, and I had a condo by the end of October 2020! Things escalated very quickly and efficiently. I am the type of client who asks A LOT of questions and likes to be informed about everything. Amanda was super patient with answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Amanda is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful beyond words in how well my first home purchase went, thanks to Amanda and Janelle. They are both up to any challenge, understanding and analyzing your needs while managing your expectations (keeping it real), and helping you get what you want. THANK YOU!

I interviewed four realtors regarding the sale of my Glendora condominium. Three of them handed me…read moreshiny business cards as I greeted them at the door. Maureen Haney handed me a quarter-inch thick property dossier with a comprehensive analysis of my property--including the sale history of my place, and nearby sales of similar properties. This file also contained an overview of Ms. Haney's expertise and experience. It was obvious she had already spent hours doing her homework. As we walked through my condo, cluttered high with boxes and chaos, her expertise became even more apparent. She told us what we needed to do to get the best price, and what we didn't really need to worry about. Even though we weren't going to list for a few more months, it was apparent that Maureen Haney was going to be hard to beat. (She'd been referred to me by a reputable local mortgage broker.) From the moment we signed the contract, she and her team took control of the process and we always felt that we were in good hands. Maureen suggested a painter, a carpet guy, a gardener, and a handyman. All of them were excellent and provided their work at fair prices. This saved me dozens of hours of research shopping for these services. The fact that I was working with Maureen made orchestrating all these people easy. She told them when we needed them, and on that day, in they came. We also enjoyed our interactions with the escrow company Maureen uses. They made a real effort to be super friendly and to keep us updated on the paperwork requirements. I was out of state at this time, but I never was left in the dark as to any detail. I really appreciated Maureen's communication efforts. We exchanged hundreds of texts during the entire process. She would typically reply within minutes to any of my numerous inquiries. The process didn't last that long since our place sold in five days at $7,000 above asking price with a cash offer and a 15-day escrow. Escrow delivered a few surprises during the inspection, but Maureen fielded these issues with aplomb and efficiency. We closed without a hitch. Buying and selling a home is a huge and important project--perhaps second only to a major medical procedure. Maureen Haney provided the expertise we needed to survive this process.

We have met other agents who scoff at you once you state you are already working with someone, not Maureen. Once it was determined we wanted the home, she and our agent worked side by side. The process was extremely smooth. We highly recommend Maureen to anyone looking in the Glendora area. She truly is top notch.

My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!
