I arrived about 2:45 PM, which is about 45 minutes prior to their closing time. Despite that, they still were willing and able to provide the following savory items (the 2 ladies at the restaurant were also very kind and courteous):
1 Regular Kolache
1 Jalapeno Kolache
1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Croissant Sandwich
1 Monster Croissant
Everything except the Monster Croissant is ready made and gets reheated in the microwave. The Monster Croissant may get made when it's ordered, but I don't know for sure. It didn't take long for the Monster Croissant to be handed to me though. I also got 2 of their donuts: 1 Cream Cheese Pecan and 1 Coco. They also seem to offer free donut holes to customers to sample, so I grabbed 1 of those as well. They do offer discounted prices if you buy a half dozen or dozen donuts, and if I didn't have to worry about getting fat, I'd have bought more donuts. But alas, I couldn't indulge. They do offer some seating in the restaurant, but I was planning on bringing my food home to eat. Regarding the Kolaches, they're essentially hot dogs (not sure if they were beef hot dogs) in croissants. The jalapeno one had some bits of jalapeno in it, so there was a bit of heat but nothing too crazy. Both tasted good though, and the croissant dough was flaky and buttery. The 2 croissant sandwiches were exactly as they were described, and the croissants for them were also flaky and buttery. Overall, I enjoyed all 4 savory items, but the Monster Croissant was the clear winner of the 4. As for the 2 donuts and the donut hole, they were exactly what you were wanting from a yeast donut. Of the 3, I liked the Cream Cheese Pecan 1 the most. Overall, this ended up being a delightful donut spot.
