No street parking at all It used to be called Stockbridge Amphitheater just in case you hear ppl still referring to it by that name. This is a really nice medium sized venue. They do offer various types of seating reserved General Admission, Hightop tables, Box sections, VIP Seating which is the closest to the stage with tables. The venue does a security search through metal detectors, be mindful of policy on bag sizes, cooler sizes & allowed vs unallowed items. Dont be the person to have throw something out or walk back to your car. This is a heads up. The venue also allow you to bring coolers with food & drinks. They do have vendors who will be selling food, sometimes they have food trucks as well. In addition they have bar that serves alcoholic beverages. Overall, its a nice venue, with a nice set up, the staff are friendly, if you are able go to the box office on certain days to purchase tix, it will save you on those high Ticketmaster fees as they do charge a very smaller fee. Be prepared for a small walk if you dont park in the limited free parking or pay the fee to park at the venue. Also, some business also offer fee parking in the area and that also is a walk. The sound system is good. I have seen several artist who come & walk through the audience as they perform. It is a rain or shine venue, however, if its thunderstorms or lightning they will stop the performances & see how to proceed. If they have to reschedule you will be able to use the same tix for the rescheduled date. I will keep going back to Stockbridge Amphitheater as it is well worth the price of tix, the distance which is 30-45 min from College Park Area which is next to the airport (just to give you an idea). And you can bring your own food, small cooler & drinks. I rate them 5

We went to Vystar Amphitheater in Stockbridge to see Trey Songz, and this was actually my first…read moreoutdoor concert, so I was excited for the whole experience. It was HOT, but I was there with my girls, the energy was good, and once the concert really got going we had a great time. The biggest downside was the rain situation. At one point we found some empty covered seats because it was raining and nobody was sitting there, so we stayed there for a while instead of getting soaked. Toward the end of the concert, a security guard singled us out and called police over to make us go back to our original seats in the rain. What made it frustrating was that the covered seats were completely empty, and even the officer seemed confused about why it was being made into such a big issue. That definitely put a weird little cloud over the night. Trey Songz also came out later than expected, which was a little annoying, especially after sitting outside in the heat waiting. But despite all of that, we still had FUN. The music, being outside under the night sky, and just having a girls' night made it worth it. I'd definitely come back for another concert, but I'd probably be a lot more prepared for the weather next time. Overall, fun venue and a really good night, but the security experience could've been handled way better.

No au jus, no gravy no nothing, they served a basic salad and some type of roll that was wet, and the star of the dinner were the green beans. They were very well seasoned and fresh and tender. The meal was subpar at best, and the sad thing about it is that you don't have an option of having food catered from any other venue except this location. Based on the food, if I was seeking a venue, I wouldn't rent this place because I'd be bound to get the food from them and it was not good.

When I selected the venue initially I was introduced to a pleasant team (Savanna & Karrington) that seemed genuine, accommodating and efficient. Unfortunately a couple months after contract management changed (Rhonda) which resulted in a lot of modifications to packages and services provided. The first major issue I encountered was that a payment made to the venue was no longer visible on their client portal which affected my balance. I emailed about the mishap and after a week I finally received a response that my account would be brought up to date. There was no apology for the lack of communication or the error. The original management team I made them aware of add ons & upgrades I would like for day of my wedding which included the gold drink package (premium drinks). Also let me know I could have an extended hour added to my event. The new management kept forgetting my requests that I sent via email. Also later attempted to charge extra for a drink package that was modified AFTER my contract. After going back in forth the sent over a spirit list that reflected drinks I preferred. The week of event I was told they changed liquor distributors & no longer had the tequila I requested & had already made my signature. Again after many emails, I was promised this would be available as it was part of the package I paid for. The day of the event, my champagne was not in the bridal suite, the bar ran out of tequila & they charged people for alcohol that were included in my drink package. I had an OPEN BAR! I'm not sure if DH had suffered financially during the pandemic but they were very greedy & dishonest. Rhonda was really unorganized & slow to correspond. They made the planning process unnecessarily stressful.

I was able to order my ticket online the night before, which solidified my plan to go. There was great ease in purchasing my ticket and was able to pay with Apple Pay at checkout. Upon walking in I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming smile. The young man scanned my ticket and gave me instructions on how to find my theater. He was professional and kind, which I'm big on. Before getting snacks I visited the restroom. It was clean, however it did not have automatic faucets or paper towel dispensers, which makes it hard to keep your hands clean AFTER washing them. It is somewhat counterproductive. To get to the actual register to order food/drinks you have to walk through a semi-maze full of candy, chips, bottled drinks, and food. Because I just wanted popcorn and an Icee, I walked straight on through. Once I got to the counter, the young man was very polite and had great customer service. I too agree with the young lady who discussed the employees just standing around while the line was building. It was somewhat confusing to witness. They were standing there chatting about everything but taking orders. Additionally, during my movie there was a group of teenagers that snuck into the movie and sat on my row. They were very rude and began talking loud, as if we weren't watching the movie. If there weren't so many employees at the concession registers socializing and more walking around to monitor what was happening, I believe our movie wouldn't have been disturbed. However that wasn't the case. All in all, I will return to this theater, I just will go at a time when kids are in school.

Before arriving, I ordered my snacks and drinks through the app, and they were delivered to my seat promptly. Unfortunately, the popcorn was cold when it arrived. Wanting fresh, warm popcorn seemed like a reasonable request, so I went to the concession stand to have it exchanged. The real issue wasn't the exchange itself, but the wait time. There were plenty of employees present, yet concession lines continued to grow while several staff members appeared to be standing around rather than assisting customers. It was frustrating to watch the line back up when there seemed to be more than enough people available to help. Beyond that, the theater itself did not appear to be well-maintained. Many people are quick to blame poor service on understaffing, but that didn't seem to be the problem here. There was no shortage of employees. What seemed to be lacking was teamwork, organization, and a sense of urgency. This theater has a lot of potential and could be a great place to enjoy a movie, but some immediate improvements in operations, staff coordination, and overall upkeep are needed. With the right changes, the customer experience could be significantly better.
