The lady working in Alima Supermarkt (at 14hr Tuesday 7th of February 2017), she was furious out of nothing... the reason: I kindly asked her if they have chicken? And she madly pointed the fridge. And looked at me like I am a criminal because I did not ask her in German. Obviously she comprehend what it means chicken if not she would not point at fridge.
Then I was wondering why she has treating me like that... and I complained to herself about her anger towards me. She did never looked at me, she was ignoring that I was talking to her and she was doing something else but not respecting at all while I was trying to tell her that it wasn't necessary at all to be that much mad at a client.
She just ignored, until a kind man came to me and said she is treating always the same way all clients (He probably intended to say that it is not because of the language but she is an angry person).
I absolutely understand that she was not able to dominate English which is very normal and there is no need to, but as she understood the word chicken why this behaviour of madness? Is it a good way to attract clients or on the contrary to scare them away ?
I will not recommend this shop to anybody in this area AT ALL.
Because you can find Barkat which is a discount shop and has everything that you would probably go for to buy in Alima. I just like to be treated fairly like a client and not like a thief. Anyway the kind man told me also that the lady she does not even talk a proper German as far as she is a Turkish.
