Thorough and professional!!! Finding a quality house cleaner who is professional, honest,…read morereasonably priced, and hard working is very hard to find in South Florida. After having poor cleaning jobs done by two different cleaners who came highly recommended by friends, I went to Yelp and started researching house cleaners. Some didn't get back to me while others quoted me a high price over the phone (without even looking at my home). Sparkling Klean Josephine (Joey is the owner) had the best reviews on Yelp, and I thought, "Could they really be that good?" The answer is YES! Joey responded to me quickly and set up a time to come and view my home for a quote. She confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up 5 minutes early. She gave me a reasonable quote and was extremely personable. The day of my cleaning Joey showed up with two associates (sometimes she works with 1 person and others times 2). They arrived on time and showed up in matching company t-shirts. They did a fantastic job, and were extremely thorough. My place has never looked cleaner thanks to Joey and her team! Sparkling Klean Josephine is definitely my new cleaning company, and I will be recommending them to everyone. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!

She got there at 9:00 am and at 12:00 she was done. When I got home all the corners of the floors were still as is, filled with debri, dirt and dust. She literally got $150 from me for spending 3 hours at my house. She never even mopped. She used her stick with a used rag on it after I expressly told her I like my floors soaking wet mopped and then dried.... she did as she pleased. I cleaned my house myself for 10 years before I decided to finally get help. I never finished in less han 6/7 hours. This lady scammed me

I trust her and I am grateful to have found someone trustworthy, reliable, and courteous to help me keep my home clean for my family. With children and me working, it's incredibly hard to keep up with the house work. Having her really helps me reduce my cleaning burden at home. It is such a treat to come home to a clean and tidy home. She always fluff my pillows and place them nicely, in addition to doing a special fold the toilet paper and hand towels to give it that special touch. If there's anything she missed, she appreciates the feedback and will take care of it the next time she comes over. I have used her even during major construction to help keep the dust level to a minimum. She did an incredible job deep cleaning after construction which I appreciate so much as it helps keep my family and I safe from all the construction dust. I really look forward to the day she comes over to provide her service. I would recommend her !
