The cable had snapped and they replaced it with a dual spring function rather than the single long spring it originally came with. I heard a loud snap when closing the garage door after returning from walking the dog early in the morning. Upon examination, I saw that the cable had broken. I called a couple of competitors and left a message. Not hearing back from them after about 90 minutes, I gave Alicia Garage Doors a call. Immediately, Aaron answered the phone. I could not recommend this company enough. My review may be a bit late but Aaron was right on time, arriving 15 minutes after I placed my service call! I was locked out of my garage and he replaced the key and checked on the motor. Turns out there was an issue with the circuit board. Aaron repaired everything within the day and ensured I was able to manually open my garage in the meantime. The cost was affordable and I'm very satisfied with the result- a working garage! Needed garage door repair after accidentally hitting the top panel with my car. Got 3 estimates. First guy suggested replacing the entire door because the repairs would cost almost a much..$800. Second guy wanted to replace the top panel and 1 springs for $550 . Aaron inspected the door and said no need to replace the panel...just need a steel part at the top of the panel + a hinge + a strut + said it was wise to replace both springs. Total job $330! I discovered the spring on my garage door broke on Saturday morning. I couldn't get my car out! I called Aaron and he was at my house within 2 hours (he was originally at another call).
