Good food. Steaks and fish are good. Beet salad is good. Desserts are good. It's a solid choice for dinner.

Friday night in PCB, we decide to try out Alice's. The first thing you notice is that they are priced very reasonably. Surrounded by restaurants serving crappy overpriced seafood at often double the cost, this was a breath of fresh air. The second thing is the ambience and the friendliness of the servers. We were seated quickly, and attentively waited on through most of the experience. I will preface by saying the food was honestly fantastic. (When we got it). The restaurant was not busy for a Friday night, one large group and maybe 4-5 other tables of two or three people split between five or six servers. We waited almost two hours for our food, and received it at the table past their closing time of 9pm. I'm not sure what the hiring environment is like right now for new line chefs, but two hours for two sandwiches and a burger is almost impressively bad. Several groups were seated after us, ordered and received their food, finished and left before we got our food. Good job to the servers, decorators, and whoever made the recipes. Your line chef might need to START doing coke. read more

Food was meh, service was awful. The food didn't match the menu. I ordered mahi mahi sautéd and got breaded fish chunks. I asked the waitress if that is what I ordered and she confirmed it. Not worth the price. Parking was horrible. read more

Charming atmosphere and great music. Extremely slow service! We had to order drinks from the bar after a 30 min wait. Did not see a server until I asked. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. Food was very good, but tiny portions. Overall it's ok but be prepared to be there a while! Lastly, one bathroom for that many people was gross! Bathroom was nit clean. read more

We made reservations for Sunday brunch. It was wonderful! We were seated next to a window that overlooked the bay. My husband had the crab cake eggs Benedict and I had French toast that had a sweet sour cream drizzle and fruit on it. Mimosas were only $5 so we had two each. We asked that the mimosas be half champagne and half juice and they followed our wishes. Our waitress, Katie, was sweet and didn't hurry us through our meal. We'll be back! read more

Our server Karli was wonderful. She was so sweet! My friend enjoyed her crab cake benedict. The cheese grits didn't have much flavor in my opinion. This is my go-to and one of our fave dinner places in Panama City / St Andrews every time we are in the area. Their food is outstanding... taste, portion and flavors. Their Grouper Picatta is to die for and everything we have tried over the past 5 years has always been fantastic. Great atmosphere, views and service !! Owner is hands on ... always approaches your table and genuinely care for her guests. Come and visit them... you will not regret it at all. read more

Doesn't look like much on the outside. Wasn't sure if it was even open because it was a holiday. But inside was cozy and spacious. The bar was definitely popular, probably regulars. Our server was very attentive at first but as the place filled up she kind of forgot about us. Had to ask another server to send her over. The She Crab soup was delicious! It was piping hot too but I was picking cartilage out of my mouth. My husband got the seafood platter, blackened and he really liked it. We were hoping the crab claws would've been bigger though. I got the fried shrimp with coleslaw and green beans. Beans weren't overcooked but didn't have much seasoning. Coleslaw was fine but could've used more seasoning also. The fried shrimp was lightly battered, large and really good. Not sure if we'll go back only because it was a bit far from where we're staying but would recommend. read more

Amazing food with a fantastic staff the views were breathtaking! I highly recommend this restaurant not just for the food, but the drinks!

Alice's reminded me of my childhood times in Florida in the 60's and 70's. Loved the old pine paneling. Our server was very attentive and friendly. My She crab soup was served piping hot and it was DELICIOUS. It rivals for the best I ever had. Their cilantro coleslaw was really good also. The blackened seafood platter took way too long turf yet, and it wasn't that hot when I got it. The prices are on the high-end, and of course, they do not give a military discount. They appreciate the patronage just not the service. A group of old guys hanging out in front of the bathroom door made it very difficult for my wife to get into the bathroom. Celebrated a birthday with table of 16. Our waitress was excellent in taking drink orders and meal orders for everyone. The salmon was excellent with good portions. Others had a special prime rib done to the different requested temperatures. Reservations are a good idea when eating later with a good number of tables. We ate at opening time so service and meal prep did not suffer from the crowds coming in later. With a nice view across the street of the Bay the inside was warm and inviting. read more

We love Alice's live music and cozy vibe. However the last 2 experiences were slow service and mediocre food. We waited 12 minutes before someone stopped by for a drink order. They never came back during the meal to ask if we wanted another. We finished and waited 10 minutes to find someone to bring the check. The she-crab soup was good no matter what time we came in. I hope things improve and I'll surely update when they do. read more

I got the shrimp plate with fries and coleslaw. The shrimp was good and tasted pretty fresh. There were like 5 maybe 6 on the plate with about a dozen room temperature fries. Service was adequate. I felt like I left there still hungry. read more

We tried this restaurant for the first time for dinner. The place gets busy quickly and the ambiance is nice but I wasn't impressed with their food much. For appetizers, we went with their tuna dip and sriracha shrimps. Shrimps were better than the tuna dip with chips. For the entree, we went with their wild caught salmon. It was cooked properly but was pretty bland. It comes with spinach and potatoes. I can make better salmon at home than what I had there. Overall I wasn't impressed with anything I ate, and it was average food in my opinion. Service could be improved as well especially for drinks. We had to wait some time for drinks. read more

We visit Alice's regularly and she was the first server that we have ever had that educated us about all of the specials including the creamy mushroom chicken and your brussel sprouts. We were visiting from California. Cute little place by the water that was much quieter and friendlier than the jumping scene happening at the other restaurants near by. This was more our scene. There was mellow live music by one man. The food was pretty good. I love that all the places around have sea salt on the table! The oyster were good! Both raw and baked! The bourbon siracha shrimp was our favorite thing! It wasn't hot at all. Nice sweetness and flavor. We tried the wings and they were pretty good too. The seafood bisque was cold so hard to know if it was really good or not. We wanted appetizers and dessert and drinks only since we all had a big lunch. They were out of the brownies for the brownie sundae but the time we ordered but we saw them go by and they looked really good. read more

I ask the server for my meat to be well done, no blood. She said it was no problem, the steak would still be juicy because of the way it is cooked. Also the salad dressing I chose was balsamic vinaigrette, it was meyo with vinegar. A thick light brown. The server was rude also. Definitely not coming back. Not worth the price! One of the worst customer services ever. We were particularly seated in the walkway. It took 3 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us. Another waitress Alisha I believe was her name came over asked was we helped and stated she would be more than glad to help us thank you to her..but for the rest another party got seated next to us and received immediate service.
