He was able to walk and move around on his own but it was visibly painful for him to do so. He was unable to jump and he refused to play or go for walks. All he wanted to do was sleep. Going potty even seemed like a chore for him because walking was painful. My boy left his first visit with Dr. Kim being able to walk without pain. He jumped into my small SUV before I could bend down to pick him up following his second visit with her. The third visit was a turning point because he jumped off of her treatment table for the 1st time and acted like he had never been injured. Dr. Kim told us to rest him in his crate after this particular appointment because he felt so good after his 1st 2 appointments that he did too much and ended up in pain again. When we let him out of his crate after his rest period, he started playing, running, jumping and acting like his normal rambunctious self. He never slipped back into pain again but he saw Dr. Kim a couple more times just for good measure because we were moving out of state. Dr. Kim is THE BEST canine chiropractor that I've ever known. She's extremely gentle and her treatments are effective and efficient. I love that her previous background in therapeutic bodywork carried over into her practice because my boy got way more than just a chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Kim doesn't just " treat 'em and street 'em."She educates you about what she's doing and includes you in the treatment process. She actually took the time to teach me things that I could do with my boy at home to promote his healing and strengthening. She found the root cause of my boy's pain and was able to treat/fix his problem. His symptoms completely disappeared once she fixed his problem (his sacrum was stuck). She's truly AMAZING and I haven't been able to find another doggie chiropractor like her. Dr. Kim also did a great job treating my husband and me for our aches and pains. Disappointing Experience - Poor Communication and Lack of Transparency…read more We brought our little dog to East Ventura Animal Hospital after our primary veterinarian referred us to a gastrointestinal specialist. When scheduling the appointment, we specifically told the receptionist that we needed to see a gastrointestinal specialist. She proceeded to schedule the appointment and we were required to pay an examination fee of approximately $80 in advance. What happened during our visit was both confusing and disappointing. The veterinarian began examining our dog, spending approximately 5-10 minutes doing so, before asking us why we were there. This raised an obvious question: Shouldn't the reason for our appointment have already been communicated to the veterinarian? We had specifically explained our dog's needs when scheduling. Why wasn't this information reviewed before the examination began? After we explained that our primary veterinarian had referred us for a gastrointestinal specialist consultation, the doctor informed us that the hospital did not have a gastroenterologist onsite and was a general veterinary practice. We were stunned. Gastroenterology is listed among the services on their website, and we had explicitly requested a specialist when making the appointment. Had we known they didn't have the specialist we needed, we would never have scheduled the appointment. We were also disappointed by the veterinarian's demeanor. We found his manner somewhat dismissive and condescending, which only added to our frustration. As concerned pet owners seeking help for our little dog, we expected a more attentive and understanding approach. We subsequently contacted the hospital to explain what happened and requested a refund of the $80 examination fee. Unfortunately, our request was denied. Our concern goes beyond the $80. It's about communication, transparency, professionalism, and respecting the time and trust of pet owners. We were not looking for another general veterinary examination. We were specifically seeking specialized care based on our primary veterinarian's referral. We are sharing our experience so other pet owners are aware of the distinction between a veterinary hospital that offers gastrointestinal services and one that actually has a gastrointestinal specialist available. If your pet has been referred to a specialist, we strongly recommend confirming the veterinarian's specialty credentials before scheduling or paying an examination fee. We hope East Ventura Animal Hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and scheduling procedures so other families don't have a similar experience.

They have everything here ranging from edibles to tinctures and even vape cartridges which I haven't used in a while but they have them here for cheaper than where I usually buy them. I also have to say that the customer service is amazing too. The girl who helped me out also showed me new tinctures and explained how they work.
