The moment we met Rebecca, we knew we wanted her to be our florist--she exceeded our expectations in every way and I would recommend her to any bride. I was a COVID bride, which meant that I had many changes to my original plans and ended up having two wedding celebrations. Rebecca was so helpful and kind throughout this entire process. She allowed us to make changes, she was able to have us add another date, and she let us spread the flower love between both dates--all while respecting our contract and the price we committed to. I have included pictures in this review, and some are from the actual wedding day and others are from our 1-year anniversary celebration where we got to have the reception we planned. Rebecca. For the actual reception, we ended up last minute changing 2/3 centerpiece arrangements from what we originally planned, and we asked Rebecca to do whatever she felt was best within our budget--that shows how much confidence we had in her work because we knew that it would be beautiful (and it was)! The thing I loved the most about working with Rebecca (besides just how lovely she is), was seeing the love and care that she puts into everything she does. So I called the shop in PLENTY OF TIME for them to accommodate my request. Then this morning I called to check on my $100 floral order. Welp, I was told working on it, then I get a call back from the store hours later stating that they are sorry but the flowers that the supplier sent them were brown and dead. The woman stated "I can't in good conscious send these Gardenia flowers today because they are brown not white. Now mind you this floral shop is notoriously overpriced to begin with and they had 6 days to get this order right, instead of saying that they would refund me for the inconvenience they just offered nothing. So disappointed, now my mother doesn't have the gift I wanted her to have because I trusted the wrong flower shop! I will never ever order anything from this place again! Pesches should have offered a refund and sent an arrangement for free for not placing my order correctly. Even after I explained how important it was that she receive this particular flower. How much she loves them and they still ruined my gift giving experience! How incompetent. I would not TRUST them for anything ever again because they don't stand behind the product they sell! Your a floral shop and a big one and you can't find a Gardenia that is in season now I might add! Hundreds of them in Florida and you had SIX DAYS!!!!! FURIOUS to say the least!!!!
