Ali admits to be a "real estate nerd", like her mom before her. I don't know about the nerd part, but she knows her craft, as does her mom, whom I met and loved. Ali was the driving force behind the successful sale of our house in the Montclair/Oakland Hills area. We elected to do major improvements (new deck, front stairs and railings, painting inside and out) to present the house in the best way.
