We had about 150 people at our baby shower and it was very comfortable. The staff set the table and chairs for us, while providing extra tables for desserts, food, gifts etc. Having strong AC was extremely important for us and they fulfilled that need! There was a restroom with 5 stalls per gender that was super convenient inside the room. The center also provided several large trash cans and emptied out the trash throughout the event. There are doors that open to the outside park area, where we stationed our catering vendor. This place is great and they get quite busy so I'd highly recommend booking early if you're interested!

I've taken amigurumi (crochet), ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement), and a cooking class. All of the instructors are great and mostly volunteers. So it just shows you what a great community there is. They have festivals through the year and also help put on the West Covina Cherry Blossom Festival. They also host the West Covina obon at the center but it is organized by the Buddhist church which is based out of the community center. The cost to receive a copy of my birth certificate was $34.00, plus a $1.75 fee for paying by debit card. Tip: There is a free parking lot to the rear of the location. Tip 2-This is one of a limited number of offices to assist you if you need a copy of your birth certificate, marriage certificate, or death certificate, as long as your incident occurred in LA County.
