The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of things when it comes to the operation of the car wash and taking care of customers. Their professionalism and willingness to assist customers certainly do not go unnoticed. Over the years, I've personally watched Devan evolve and grow as a leader, and I've witnessed the transformation of the S. Claiborne location under his leadership. There has been noticeable progress, and I believe much of that comes from having strong leadership, accountability, and a team that understands the importance of providing quality customer service. I truly believe the management team that is currently in place has the ability, commitment, and potential to take the S. Claiborne location to new heights. While I generally appreciate the convenience of the company, the experience here has been consistently underwhelming compared to other locations. On multiple occasions, I've left with soap residue still on my vehicle or noticed that my car was not properly dried after going through the wash. Considering that the entire purpose of visiting a car wash is to leave with a clean vehicle, this is a bit frustrating. Additionally, some of the vacuums are occasionally out of service, which makes it difficult to fully take advantage of the amenities. I've also noticed that the air fresheners included with the wash package aren't always provided. While these may seem like minor details, customers should receive the services and amenities they're paying for. I genuinely believe this location would benefit from equipment upgrades, better maintenance, and more attentive staff, particularly when directing vehicles into the car wash. A little more attention to detail and quality control could make a significant difference in the overall customer experience. If you have the option to visit another location within this chain, I would recommend doing so. I've had better experiences elsewhere and hope this location eventually makes the necessary improvements to meet the same standard.

Since I live in Midcity near City Park, I decided to try Soft Touch Carwash out of convenience. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Not only are the auto carwash options and results excellent, the added options of quick handwash, quick detailing packages, and high-end detailing make this place a must for anyone who cares about their vehicle's care. Today, I opted for the $40 handwash, and added the interior leather conditioning treatment. It was done in a very reasonable amount of time while I waited in their comfortable lobby. My car left there looking sharp and smelling like new. In addition to their excellent work, the service was outstanding. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was very respectful, helpful, and friendly. By the time I got home, I realized the roof of my car had some type of film still on it, but for the most part my car was clean. Overall, for the price, it was more than half the cost of paying someone to hand wash my car, and my car was pretty clean. If I need another car wash in a hurry, this will be my go to. Location is pretty convenient on Veterans and besides drive through, you can also wash and vacuum your own car. There are other packages/upgrades you can purchase. The waiting area is simple but comfortable with a TV playing some recent NBA game. It wasn't long before I was being called back out because my car was done! It was surprisingly fast, and my car looked great! I had even asked if they would apply a tire dressing I had brought myself, and they did it with no problem and no extra charge. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and value of On The Spot, and I'll be using them for my regular car washes. I think I'll explore the detailing at some point too. It took almost an hour and a half to really get in there and get it all cleaned out. However, everything looked so beautiful when it was completed. I brought a book with me to wait in their nice, air-conditioned waiting room. I'm not going to say that the car looked as good as new, but after 11 years with two crazy dogs and 154K miles? The cashier was very helpful in making sure my license plate info was changed when I changed plates and even let me know after my next wash, the next one as free. They did go up a few bucks but what hasn't? The team prepping before the wash are thorough and gave me good info on deeper car detailing for future visit. They didn't offer a freshener but maybe they don't do that anymore. The guys who wipe down the inside and out after going through the wash did a great job. I'm glad they are still in business.
