But the meds will not fix the problem just dull it. He also said I may have this condition the rest of my life. So I'll give the exercises a try and see how that pans out. But I don't think I'll go for the meds. The good thing is like the good doctor said it won't kill ya. So I hoping these exercises will work or at least tone it down a bit.

This all happened because i was confused about telehealth vs in-person payment for appointments, and instead of it being explained to me i was told "if you don't pay we will cancel your appointment" ?, i said 'that doesn't make freaking sense' and was told not to use profanity, i stated that freaking is not a curse word and continued with "pay your bill or appointment cancelled". Instead of, "your appointment is telehealth so you must pay before it, it differs from in office". Genuinely, I don't think the Billing department knows all the rules and procedures of Alpha Psychiatrist. Dr. Hall and Dr. Stewart are the best! (If you can't actually get to them). Anywho! FINALLY!!! After searching for the last 25 years, 11 months and 1 day.. I have found my DOCTOR!!!!…read more Victoria Roberts is amazing. I immediately felt comfortable when I saw her. Ladies you know how uncomfortable it can be when you get a pap smear. Well after talking to Dr. Roberts for a few minutes, I was ready to kick open my legs and say AHHHH lol Her staff is also amazing. I normally HATE giving blood, because I have deep veins and it always takes the nurse a few tries (the old insert needle, pull back needle, wiggle left/right, completely pull out needle and try other arm) This lady (sorry I don't know her name) got it on the first try! Praise the Lord! Two more things 1. She LISTENS!! I told her about a surgery I wanted to have done, but my insurance company believes it to be a cosmetic surgery. She LISTENED to my reasoning and actually took me serious and is following through. We're going to watch and see! 2.She told me I was overweight. I tried to argue hat African American women are healthier and the BMI charts aren't meant for 'US'.... She wasn't having it and told me I need to loose weight! lol I love the honesty! Check her out.
