In the meantime, I've found another provider that I'm delighted with. The NP actually seems interested and helpful instead of apathetic and passive-aggressive. Learn some lessons, Genesis. **I was unaware that Yelp would simply replace my original review with my updated comment. I guess I should have copied and pasted it first. Long story short (not really), my medication management provider saw me for almost a year with no issues. She left in October 24 and I was never informed. Found out by emailing her in November about a refill. Then I got an auto response that she was gone as of 10-31-24. I also had a previously scheduled appointment with her in a few days. No one from Genesis reach ever reached out to me. I had to call and set up an appointment with a new person. The new person, Jasmine Jones seemed disinterested and obviously had never read my file. Made several passive-aggressive comments and came off rather judgy and awkward. We discussed my medications and I told her of my complex medical history (that was already in my file) and that my previous med mgr & other doctors were all aware of my treatments and meds. She gave no indication there was a problem. Shortly thereafter, I received an email saying Genesis could no longer provide me with medication management. It was rather odd since I'd been going to them for a year with no issues, and nothing in my patient file or situation had changed. Basically, patient abandonment. I was left without medications I'd been on for a year. And I was left without any real explanation of why they abandoned me. The BS explanation I was provided only said that due to my complex medical history, they could no longer see me. But the explanation didn't explain why they could previously see me for a year with no issues, when I had the same medical history and nothing had changed. It didn't explain why all of a sudden there seemed to be some issue. They refused to answer questions or actually explain what the problem was. Totally unprofessional.

At first I was having a good experience, going to her for my chronic stomach illnesses and ptsd, but I found my physical and emotional state to be worsening between sessions, and I felt like she was the only kind of relief I had. Our conversations began to confuse and cause me to feel very bad about myself and the world. The most recent thing back in 2020 that made me decide to stop working with her, was after during a phone conversation, she told me that wearing short shorts was hurting people, and I needed to stop doing that because my legs were 'jiggling around' and I was hurting people who found it to be 'too sexual'. I have a bad stomach condition and am unable to wear thick clothing on my stomach, and my shorts are the only shorts I have for summer. It's also victim blaming to tell women to cover up more, because they are in her words 'hurting people' Tolley has told me through our phone and text conversations that she is god and she has a mission on earth to 'make it work' which would involve some situation that kills most of the population. She has told me very sexist ideologies about men and women, and has told me hurtful things about non binary and trans ppl (which I am non binary). I have all of our text conversations since 2019, if anyone wants me to show them. I will post pics below. Summer of 2019, Tolley told me an option for me was to 'take myself out of the game' of life. It very much felt like (because she had previously told me she thinks of life as a game) that she was telling me to kill myself. I had reached out to her during a hard time of my life right before. There is so much to tell, and I feel I should finally be public about this. I think she's mentally unstable in my opinion and shouldn't be practicing. If u have had good experiences with her, I'm not saying that's wrong, but I am saying that what happened to me and possibly others is very wrong.

It was just a 10 minute computer test of my response times. This one, 10 minute online test cannot adequately determine whether I have ADHD or not. Dr. Brockman didn't ask a single question about my experiences or ADHD traits. He had me do the test and then sent me on my way. I will definitely be getting a second opinion and reporting this office. I do not recommend this business.
