I've taken the car in to Bedlington Garage Services three times since: Once for a full service, which was at a great price. And two more times when I felt that something was a bit off with the car. Both these times, they fixed the minor problem and refused to take payment, despite spending 20-30 minutes with the car. They are always friendly and personable, and fast too. This time, a full service on my Peugeot 407 quick, efficient and well priced. However, a couple of niggles appeared after a week or so. Called Glendale, they asked if I could bring the car in that day. Duly arrived, seen straight away. Diagnosis as I suspected (wheels had been switched during the service, so 'new' fronts out of balance, and a clip on the under-tray had given way following some under-engine work during service.) Sorted within 20 minutes of arrival, very polite and courteous, explained everything that was going on. No charge and free coffee. Can't recommend them highly enough.
