They towed the car away and fixed it (after telling me I should really be paying for this). A couple of weeks later, the starter motor died. I was also told from the MOT that the parking brake was the only problem, and was told this had been fixed. They lied about this as it has not been fixed, and they keep ignoring my emails, or just repeat some scripted emails about being roadworthy even near the brake limit (which is not my point as they told me the the parking brake had been fixed, but it hasn't and it clunks - and has rolled downhill twice, luckily only short distances and hasn't hurt anyone). Overall, I would not buy another car from this company at all, and would avoid them at all costs.

Helpful friendly staff who will help and assist you with any queries you have. Located just of centre of the main shopping area next too the bus station. The showroom is not the biggest so not a great selection of cars at any one time but their stock does seem to change quite regularly so always something on offer for anyone's taste large car or small, petrol or diesel. One of a few garages worth looking at when considering a new car.

Ashington have never failed to look after me and it. Every service and MOT is carried out with them included some added extras when it come to fancying things up a bit. Even then they strive to go one step further in helping you out. I would recommend them to anyone as they have taken any car worries away and i am guaranteed a professional service at great prices. To my own convenience they also offer a courtesy car for when you need to carry on with your day while they do what they do best!
