His prices are always sensibly priced and reflect a fair price for the work done, one thing you can rest assured is that if it gets fixed, it stays fixed. None of this, one part gets fixed and then something else mysteriously breaks. The work that is needed to be done gets done and there's none of the usual "you need to have the engine rebuilt crap" that the major garages try and pull. All in all a great garage that I would use any day of the week.

There is not much space to park or pull around in the central entrance though, and there are often private company vehicles and larger trucks left in this area. The front also looks a little shabby and oily, but no more than any other working garage. A large hanger style building is where the staff perform the MOT tests on vehicles. This can be accessed by the public but there are usually staff members working just inside who will come to your assistance. I believe the garage works in conjunction with the Red Lion garage which is situated at the top west end of the front street. The staff will book your vehicle in for a test. This is usually a couple of days in in advance. You must drive your vehicle down to the garage. Tests are conducted quickly and effeciently by trained, expereinced, reliable staff. I have never had any problems with the trustworthiness of the staff here.
