I don't care if you don't have a lot of time or if you're busy, customer service is customer service, if you're going to answer the phone, at least have the effort to be professional. Thought this was a very reputable garage, I guess not.

His prices are always sensibly priced and reflect a fair price for the work done, one thing you can rest assured is that if it gets fixed, it stays fixed. None of this, one part gets fixed and then something else mysteriously breaks. The work that is needed to be done gets done and there's none of the usual "you need to have the engine rebuilt crap" that the major garages try and pull. All in all a great garage that I would use any day of the week.
