Really disappointed in the customer service and not backing up their work. My paver patio started…read morecracking and falling off in less than 8 months. When I contacted them about it all I got was pushback and rude texts. They took no accountability whatsoever and had no interest in making it right. In fact they actually wanted to CHARGE me to fix it. Had another hardscape company come to inspect it and they said the issue was that the borders edge was not installed close enough to pavers which caused base and paver separation from patio. They were surprised that the company that put it in would not come out and fix it since it was their error.
