On the beginning it was a reliable service and decent work done to lawn yet after the fourth time…read moreor so nobody showed up on upcoming schedules. No notifications nothing. Only when you reach out yourself directly with the company and not third party called lawn care they'll might respond but only after leaving a voicemail. They offered to come three days later because there wasn't a earlier date available even not out of courtesy. Biggest foul playing was that we supposedly canceled a service through a third company via app when we again received no bi weekly service But there was no confirmation if it's so. They let us again hang for another two days which was still earlier then suggested date which was 5 days after lawn should have been mowed biweekly. So yea to the neighbors were looking unorganized and having our grass not in check or tune. Nor you can't plan ahead and have people over for a bbq or for the kids because the lawn looks crazy you don't know if they still would show up to mow or not so you'll just cancel personal plans which is just wrong. Lawn mower man was nice might be management. We've canceled to avoid future errors.
