I got in touch with Gerardo, a young guy running his own business on years of personal and family experience in construction and home improvement. He was very personable and we connected easily talking about improvement plans and projects. He personally handled the job on his own and did it fantastically. Popcorn ceiling was removed, the space and connecting walls repainted and the finished product looked great. I hired him back to install an over-range vent hood and to do a much bigger project of installing laminate flooring. He came in much more affordable than any other offer on these projects and his team did a fantastic job with clean up and timeliness. I can highly recommend hiring G Arc for just about any home project. There's certainly more they can do and my projects barely scratched the surface. If he can't do it, he has the connections that can. My only regret is that I'm moving out of town so I won't be able to stick around to enjoy the improvements to the house.
