He has been there for every legal crisis or question I have had. My Chapter 13 is almost paid in full and I have one more question and call to make to him about an insurance company trying to "settle" and lo-ball me out of thousands I have paid in premiums. But, I will wait til the season is over. So thanks again Jamie, I'll have a bittersweet Christmas, but the changes I've gone through in the last 18 months, were all for the best since Jamie honestly and sincerely has advised me every step of the way. Merry Christmas and with Jamie backing me I KNOW A HAPPY NEW YEAR lies ahead. God Bless you Jamie Karen Donald

I have been with Navigator Credit Unions for years. They have and still do provide some of the best…read morecustomer service via phone or in person. What I loved about Navigator the most was the convenience and ease of being able to handle my banking needs via phone, such as checking my balance and making transfers between accounts when I needed to pay bills. Now that they have implement a new system "JOY" the system is every thing but that. Several times I have tried to check my balance and transfer fund between account to pay bills but "JOY" doesn't recognize my account number or SSN and then say it's transferring me to a customer service representative only to be told Navigator credit Union is closed. It's scary to be out of town, needing money transferred to your checking for use and not able to do it. I don't like being put in that position and if it keeps occurring Navigator and JOY will be history. If it's not broken don't try to fix it. Now It's broken...fix it. I have already started transferring money out of this bank to a new one, if something doesn't change with JOY then I will find ease of convenience somewhere else.

We were exhausted and frazzled because we had bought the house sight-unseen from out of state and were nervous about it. Guarantee Title couldn't help ease our worries about such a bold (or stupid) decision, but our closing agent, Lauren Brandon, was a pro and whirled us right through all the paperwork. Ms. Brandon was patient and took the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms, which was vital because we were half delirious after moving ourselves across 4 states. She put us completely at ease. Indeed, I wish every person we ever did business with was just like her. She was pleasant, professional, and sharp as a tack. In a word, she was awesome. Thank you Guarantee Title, and especially thank you to Lauren Brandon for making our closing a breeze. We will never do a closing with anyone else.
