Love this branch! Im not sure about customer service at other locations but these ladies here in Daphne are lovely!

I have been with Navigator Credit Unions for years. They have and still do provide some of the best customer service via phone or in person. What I loved about Navigator the most was the convenience and ease of being able to handle my banking needs via phone, such as checking my balance and making transfers between accounts when I needed to pay bills. Now that they have implement a new system "JOY" the system is every thing but that. Several times I have tried to check my balance and transfer fund between account to pay bills but "JOY" doesn't recognize my account number or SSN and then say it's transferring me to a customer service representative only to be told Navigator credit Union is closed. It's scary to be out of town, needing money transferred to your checking for use and not able to do it. I don't like being put in that position and if it keeps occurring Navigator and JOY will be history. If it's not broken don't try to fix it. Now It's broken...fix it. I have already started transferring money out of this bank to a new one, if something doesn't change with JOY then I will find ease of convenience somewhere else. read more

Horrible. Paid car off. They claimed I owed 45.09 but never notified me then called me 2 months later to tell me. I paid over phone. They said it was "interest". Then there reported it to credit bureaus and fined my credit. Horrible to try to deal with on the phone. read more

Very nice and helpful! I love it! Very nice people. I never have to wait long and they're always smiling and very friendly.
