I debated writing this review, but I feel it is important to let people know that their information…read moremay not be safe with Jim Todd. In October 2022, my car was totaled when it was struck by another vehicle involved in an active car crash caused by a hit-and-run incident. The driver responsible for the hit-and-run fled the scene. Having never experienced a total loss before, I had numerous questions about how to navigate the situation, so I reached out to my insurance agent, Jim Todd. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jim was far from satisfactory. He was unhelpful and borderline rude, failing to offer any assistance, including arranging for my vehicle to be towed out of the impound lot, where I was incurring daily fees. To make matters worse, Jim went so far as to contact my estranged father, informing him about the accident and expressing concern for my well-being, all because I had sought his advice. This breach of my privacy has left me extremely frustrated, and I am inclined to believe that disclosing information about my accident to a third party constitutes a violation of my privacy rights.

When I got there all the way from Sylacauga, the woman there started changing the story and made me feel real dumb. She was very rude, and I will never go back there again and left feeling almost like she was racist. It was the worst and most difficult thing I've had to endure in a long time. There is no way possible anyone 50 or up could or would want to deal with all of the QR scanning and uploading. It is ridiculous. If you're not the right color, you will not get any suitable service.

My Grandfather has had TERRIFIC service through Bob Butterworth's agency. So he's been pleased. But…read morethey moved from a 4-star service to a 5-star service after my interaction today. My grandfather is aging and I told him I would help with some financial responsibilities. I called up the Butterworth agency and asked for their help in changing some of his policies around. They were very amenable, did not seem to mind that they were going to lose some money, and took the initiative to call my grandfather and get his permission to rearrange services. After that, they called me back to let me know that his service was switched. I appreciate the Butterworth agency and Sherry especially for their quality work here.
