We have always received amazing reliable service. Bonnie is one of the nicest, one of the patient people I've ever known anywhere. I sometimes see her in Publix and she will say "Hi, Mark". She has helped us with applications for loans, setting checking accounts, and if I've had a concern, or question, Miss Bonnie made it work out. She helps me understand, she doesn't just answer my question, and understanding an answer gives me peace of mind, and it gives my brother peace of mind, also. Today, 03/13/25, I had a concern, and even though she was on her way out to lunch. I felt bad at asking her something when she was headed to lunch, by the way. Tracie has been super amazing for years, she speaks to me and asks me how my day has been going, do I have any questions, can she help me, Tracie is so nice, and she's also helped me with questions over the telephone and solved problems for me and my brother. Jarrett helped us set up checking accounts, and answered questions about early deposit. Also, Jarrett explained online deposits to me, he answers my questions every time. One of the nicest folks anyone could ever meet is George, the security guard at Avadian Credit Union. George always says "Welcome to Avadian" and when I leave, George says ''See you next time." I traveled to Birmingham for some training, and I needed to go to a Wells branch, which I was not looking forward to; however, the entire staff at this branch was simply out of this world! My request was a bit unusual, but the staff at the Summit branch didn't bat an eye. In fact, they were gracious, courteous, and VERY professional. For those of you who have been harassed, bullied, and talked down to (the status quo at many of this company's branches), you know how extraordinary this really is. However, there is a small parking lot in the back that if you are a customer, you can park at. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Jordan was my cashier and seamlessly handled my three transactions. She was also extremely personable. Chase does not seem to have a strong presence in the Alabama market. Jordan, the girl at the counter, did tell me that they are expanding, especially around this area. I have been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was at first a member of Washington Mutual and when Chase purchased them I gave them a chance and it has been a very positive experience. Not only at my branch in my hometown, but since I travel a lot for work, I do try other branches and I have never had a negative experience. All In all, this was an extremely positive experience and I will give this particular branch five stars.
