I am usually very hesitant to get my makeup done because of my pore size and early stages of maturing skin but I looked flawless. I wanted a non-traditional bride look with a rust eye and berry lip. But still natural- Eliana hit it perfectly. With hair up-dos I find that I'll show a picture and they talk me into a slightly different version of what I brought in- not Deb. She was like- absolutely and then added more oomph to the pictures I showed her. I went with clip-in extensions (a ton of them), half up, boho fishtail braids throughout and a ethereal bridal headpiece. These two were magic and I couldn't recommend them enough to make you look spectacular on your special day. The person who was cutting my hair just kept saying well you're getting older and sometimes hair changes texture. But Arissa said hey your bangs haven't been being cut properly. Someone from the salon called to check in and ensure I had the best experience by asking a few basic questions about what I wanted for a cut. I was really impressed by the thoroughness in follow-up. When I got to the salon, check in was quick, the front desk kindly asked to hang up my coat, and there was no wait time (despite arriving slightly early for my appointment). You could also request a refreshment, and they have one of the most extensive coffee menus I've ever seen! The wash, cut, and styling were all done seamlessly, with my stylist periodically asking clarifying questions along the way. I paid at the door, and inquired when I should be back. Another staff member knowledgeably mentions about 6-8 weeks to maintain the shape of the cut. Everyone was so warm and kind. Not to mention, there's great parking in the front and in the alley. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
