If a job is too small, decline it at the first phone call, not 5 minutes before you are supposed to arrive after wasting 2 days of my time... not to mention the effort that went into being home for the appointment! We had a leak in our second-story bath with water leaking into the kitchen. We needed help…read morequickly. The plumber who found the leak at the shower valve said that the shower wall needed to be opened and that there likely was more damage. They could only address the replacement of the valve. Their estimate was extreme. Prime baths was referred to us by a friend who knew they had recently formed this company. Prime Baths has their own plumber within the company. We choose them after meeting with 3 other contractors. They were expedient in starting the job and remediating the leak. They knew all the tricks in dealing with the insurance company and was able to get 90% of the cost covered. They were all inclusive and even included a complementary the valve replacement in the adjoining bath which was the same age of the leaking valve. They kept us informed of all the stages of this total shower replacement. They were always professional and pleasant during this stressful time for us. Their employees always kept the job site clean. I could say more, but will just say they exceeded all of our expectations. Prime is made up of seasoned contractors! They know what they are doing and their work was excellent! They were careful during the remodel, we had a large plate mirror that was only a couple of inches from where they were going to have to remove existing tile. I ask about removing the mirror if needed but they said they could get the work done without any issues with the mirror. They completed their remodel without any damage to the mirror or existing counter top. Were careful of Satillo Tile floors and covered the walking areas and bathroom floor to prevent any damage. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all the materials that were removed. Excellent job and work ethic by installation personnel, sales and all people we dealt with.

But if the owner or son is not on the crew you're going to get awful work. Upside- it was $1300 for repairs. Downside- you get low cost repair that does not withstand the rest of time. I don't know if I'll use them again, the difficult part is that a lot of stucco companies will only redo your WHOLE house, so for touch-up repairs you're limited in options.
