I really love our full kitchen, our own washer and dryer, and the fact that there's so much storage space it's ridiculous. The staff is very friendly and they try to know you. Very welcoming and pleasant, Ms Patti is who really sold me and my roommates on the apartments. She answered every email and phonecall full of questions without question. There is a pretty nice pool attached to the offices (a small clubhouse sort of) and it's never really busy there. It's enclosed and overlooks the pond which is nice when you're just sun bathing. The staff even puts out beach balls, pool noodles, and water with lemon and other citrus slices in it. Overall, very happy to live here. The neighbors are friendly and I feel safe.

I've missed work waiting for repairmen that never show, gotten sick from the water in the apartment and am actually having to pay for the privilege. I wish I had done more research before I moved in as their terrible reputation is more than well earned. I've spoken to neighbors with similar experiences. She was very accommodating of my needs and has helped my move to go smoothly. The maintenance team has also been quick at resolving work orders so far. Lisa at the leasing office has also been extremely friendly and helpful whenever Ashley is unable to help! I have had no issues with bugs as other people have stated and the office is more then willing to schedule pest control whenever I feel the need to have them spray. The property is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly as well. The apartments are a great size for the price and I love that the room is able to fit a king size bed comfortable So far I love living here and am glad I decided to move! I am sadden to say it was recommended by military housing, this is a large military community. One of the two biggest issues here are health related. The mold and insect issues, roaches to be exact. These buildings are pretty dated and looks to have not been thoroughly fumigated in quite some time. They do have a pest control team that comes out to spray as they say, but in all honesty I feel this was to put residence at ease given I never seen them or the evidence of treatment beyond a note left on the door. A professional had come out to a neighbor's home and I showed him the issue and he stated it is a complex issue, quick fixing as they've done is not the route to take, they will need to tent the entire building or buildings for fumigation and then do walk through follow ups over a course of time to prevent the issue from re-occurring, he was even able to identify the type of roaches given the extremely high volume of calls he receives to this complex, German Roaches. The pest issues are severe and embarrassing when it's not the result of a tenant's cleanliness. The staffing here was also a total letdown. They seemed more interested in delivering late rent notices on tenant's doors or trying to clean up apartments due to having an extremely high turnover rate. I've never seen so many people move into one complex, feel disgusted and leave to the point that they willingly sacrificed their deposits to break their lease. If you were to move here you should expect the following, maintenance response time is almost nonexistent unless you threaten to call corporate which they won't provide the number and you can't find it online due to excessive changes in the businesses name and property Management Company, brown water and low water quality from rusty pipes, outdated appliances, cheap materials such as paint and carpeting and appliances (especially Air/Heat units) skipped valet trash pickups, rude employees especially (John Carlos), misplaced documents, low air quality. Please do not be fooled by the websites and some of these photos provided by direct members of their team. The photos provided will not be the units that you move into. They will show you a photo, do not physically move into a unit or sign a lease without seeing it firsthand. They use outdated model apartment photos. I have yet to see any apartment on this location site that remotely looks anything like the photos. Be aware of the following as well. Apartment complexes usually switch complex names and property management companies for a fresh start, to avoid bad reviews, one thing that can't be manipulated is the address, just google it and you'll see the various names of the same location pop up. The cleanest and most relaxing part of this complex was the gym, front office sitting area and front pool. They keep that are in tip top shape given it's the focal point of their leasing office, just drive around back and look at the second pool or areas, it's like night and day. Cons .Non energy efficient appliances (it will reflect in your electric bill, especially in the summer and winter seasons) .Outdated and nonfunctioning appliances .The lack of compassion from employees, they take your payments and sting you along, as they say we'll get to it .Roach and Mold infestation .Rusty pipes causing low quality water supply .Severe dust due to outdated AC/Heating units .No accountability in terms of maintenance .Cheap materials and rush jobs in terms of maintenance to keep units filled What was truly disturbing is the amount of money they collect each month from so many units compared to the amount put back into the complex. I respectfully can say this complex is ran like a business that does not render services yet expects compensation. When you choose your living arrangements you want it to feel like a home and not like a flop house.
