After they received my money, my account was transferred to a delivery coordinator, she has acted as a roadblock to information and progress from day one. I was told by the manufacturer that they had provided a tracking number to Military Auto Source (MAS) so I can track the progress of my vehicle, my delivery coordinator was unable to provide the information, blaming their transportation department. I can not figure out what their transportation department does since the Manufacturer handled all transportation. When I would call, my calls went directly to voice-mail and the calls were never returned. After several months, my lender threatened to raise my interest rates because MAS had not delivered the vehicle and couldn't produce an ETA accurate enough to satisfy the lender. My delivery coordinator continued to ignore the problems her and her company were causing. The local dealership where pick up was scheduled was more help than the people I was buying the vehicle from. MAS is the most unethical company I have ever done business with and advise others to avoid them as I will do in the future.

The owner scammed me and made me pay for the repairs myself, which is illegal under German law. I took him to court and won the entire case, to include car purchase price, all illegally paid repairs, and court costs. Still waiting on payment, as somehow he can't come up with the money the German courts have ordered him to pay, but is still running this predatory dealership. He preys on American service members and knows all the loopholes in the system. His business practices have been ruled illegal under German law. Avoid this business at all costs, especially since it is about to be added to the Blacklist. Based on other negative reviews from customers it is likely he will try and discredit this post.
