If you're dealing with USAA while purchasing a new vehicle, that's a different story. Do not fill out the loan pre-approval online...call and immediately ask to escalate to a manager....trust me...the regular loan people will tell you they do not do overseas loans, even though they most certainly do (with MAS purchase). After they received my money, my account was transferred to a delivery coordinator, she has acted as a roadblock to information and progress from day one. I was told by the manufacturer that they had provided a tracking number to Military Auto Source (MAS) so I can track the progress of my vehicle, my delivery coordinator was unable to provide the information, blaming their transportation department. I can not figure out what their transportation department does since the Manufacturer handled all transportation. When I would call, my calls went directly to voice-mail and the calls were never returned. After several months, my lender threatened to raise my interest rates because MAS had not delivered the vehicle and couldn't produce an ETA accurate enough to satisfy the lender. My delivery coordinator continued to ignore the problems her and her company were causing. The local dealership where pick up was scheduled was more help than the people I was buying the vehicle from. MAS is the most unethical company I have ever done business with and advise others to avoid them as I will do in the future.
