Garvey Hyundai North has the worse service dept. they have had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks now …read more Never once did they have the common courtesy to even give me call update. I had to call not once but twice and the day they said it would be ready and again no call again still in service. I have owned ford,Chevy,Toyota and never had a bad experience. I will never buy another Hyundai or purchase from Garvey Hyundai North. They need to hire real mechanics instead of backyard ones. so good luck if you purchase from there and need service.

Drop the car off and you'll always get the "Hi Marshall this is Joe at Garvey Hyundai North you can text me anytime during your Service visit" don't waste your time they won't respond. You can call Garvey and they will get you over to service, they won't answer and Don't bother leaving a voicemail because they won't return your calls. You need to keep calling until they get sick of you than they will "Try to get answers". Brought up an issue to the Service Department 10/16 and its now 11/21 and this hasn't been correct all they had to do was order a new Part and install it its plastic it breaks I get it but a MONTH to get it Resolved!
