I was fortunate enough to have dealt with ALL State Motors Inc. in both the Auto dealership AND the…read moreAuto repair shop and in both occasions I've had nothing but great experiences in which I felt I needed to share. My first experience- My niece was looking to getting into her own car (as she was already working and was able to pay her OWN bills), however, she had NO credit. Of course , she picked a car in which we initially thought she would not be able to get. The Office Manager (David ) ensured us that he would get us approved under her name- but we would have to give him a few days. We had already shopped around and felt like we had heard the same story as all other dealers. Well.. a few days turned into just a day. The next day he called that she was APPROVED (yayyy) without a cosigner! We had went to several dealers already and everyone told us that because she had no credit- she would not be able to do on her own!! She is so excited with her car and the fact that she is building her credit!! David is awesome and knows his stuff! My second experience- I was involved in a very bad car accident and fortunately I drive a Mercedes in which saved my life..but my poor car was not so lucky. I had severe damages to the driver side of my car, hood and front windshield. All side airbags depleted and the whole left side of car needed to be replaced. Well...I was once again referred to go to ALL State Motors Inc., but this time to their Auto body shop. I did not hesitate as my experience in the dealership was exceptional. Well..I must say the same for the body shop. My car was fixed in less than 3 weeks and they did an awesome job! The paint job was immaculate and everything was like when I bought the car!! Those who saw pictures of my car before and after can not believe it! I'm hoping not to have to use the body shop again (haha) but if I have a need ...I would not go else where!! Thanks to All State Inc. (dealership and auto body ) for making both experiences painless and very impressive!!

I came across this dealership online and i wish i didn't because I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't have a total purchase price on their website and when i called they still wouldn't give me the total price of the vehicle unless i came in. They have absolutely no people skills and extremely rude. However i did have them give me the price over the phone after i filled an application which i totally regret. Due to my credit i was approved for certain vehicles however i wanted one specific vehicle. The finance manager told me i would have to put more money down. (Which is not a problem i was actually planning to put more than half of what they're selling it for.) of course i didn't say that to her because i wanted to see what kind of offer they can give me. I asked her if i put more money down then i can get the vehicle I want and then she told me i would have to see if they would approve that. Which totally contradicted what she told me 5 min earlier. I mean it is absolutely ridiculous. Little did they know if they had better skills with people they could of made 2 sales on luxury vehicles today. Maybe would of bought one and paid in full in cash. Simple mistakes can cost. WORSE DEALERSHIP

I can't speak for other people on here but I can say my experience was the complete opposite…read more I went in, initially looking for an SUV. I didn't find what I wanted in my price range but the staff was great. So great that when I decided to revise what I was looking for, I went back to see what else they had. I really can't say enough good things about the experience I had - most especially with Miguel and Chris. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I even really put one of their salesmen through the wringer when I started feeling sick. I went to the dealership right after work and ended up spending too much time chatting with Miguel about this car and that car. By the time it was time to fill out some paperwork on a car I was taking for a little extended test drive (awesome, by the way, that they did that for me), it was 9pm...and I hadn't eaten anything since about 1pm. I just suddenly felt really sick - I was shaking, my head was pounding - it was awful! When Miguel could see I was really needing to get home, he rushed everything to completion for me. I'll admit I ended up not buying the car from Loman but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly, helped answer all my questions and I loved that I didn't feel bullied. The first night I went there, when I couldn't get the SUV in the price range I wanted, Chris said: "Hey, listen - I'm sorry we weren't able to make a deal tonight but if you decide you want to take a look at some other cars I hope you'll come back." So, of course, I did. If you're looking for a car, please give these guys a try. When you go, make sure you talk to Miguel. He's awesome and he'll work hard to get you in something you like within your price range. And if he just can't, he won't bully you into something you don't want.

I had a particular car in mind and there was a similar make/model at the location I could test drive. Adam asked what I liked/disliked about it and what features were important to me while we tested it and asked - no pressure - if I would like to look at other makes and see if they suited me. The suggestions were excellent and on both sides of the price with pros/cons for both. In the end, I went with my initial model choice, but now I was sure of my choice. Adam said, "I understand; you have to pick the car that feels like 'home' to you! And now you know." Supported my decision, never tried to 'sell' me anything but satisfaction. The paperwork was fast and easy and they took care of EVERYTHING for me; even called my insurance company while I was there so I didn't need to handle anything. I researched and looked at invoice for a lot of dealers and I feel confident that the no haggle price I got was a competitive deal - likely one I would have had to negotiate an hour under stress to get to anywhere else. Also kudos to Brian, the sales manager and Will the gentleman who transferred my car from their other location and made sure it was spotless for me when I picked it up the very next day. Yes, that's right - 24 hours later I was driving it and totally confident of my choice. And to top it off, I was renting an Enterprise vehicle, so I was able to just leave it there and they checked it back in at my rental location for me! I can't recommend them enough; the experience was as good as it gets in car sales without being a dealer's relative. And Adam was not only a top flite salesman (professional and knew how to make you feel good about your decisions) but he was also the kind of guy you wanted to go grab a beer with afterwards. Seriously, just fun and positive and funny. In fact, everyone there seemed to be really happy working there and being around customers in a real sense, not the phony way some places act. If you don't at least consider them, you're doing yourself a gross disservice and missing a great deal. No haggling, cars with meticulous service records that feel like new. I'd never buy a used car anywhere else again. Check them out, be your own judge. But if you're looking for a recommendation, I'd say that you'd be crazy to not go there first.

It was a fully loaded 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe.  On the very first day of ownership, the vehicle dangerously overheated. Upon inspecting the engine bay, I discovered the vehicle contained zero coolant. The service department entirely neglected to fill the cooling system before delivery, directly endangering my safety, the safety of my passengers, and catastrophically risking the engine's powertrain integrity. Failure to Remedy & Misconduct: Breach of Certified Standards: Enterprise heavily advertises a rigorous certification process. Selling a car completely void of fluids is a gross failure of this promise and a violation of New York State dealer inspection laws.Property Abandonment: After rejecting the damaged vehicle, Enterprise left the broken car sitting in my driveway for 9 Days. The branch manager completely ignored the issue until I threatened to charge the dealership daily vehicle storage fees. Only then was an associate sent out to retrieve the car.Bait-and-Switch Tactics: 11 Days after purchase, the branch attempted to pass off a "replacement" vehicle. This vehicle was completely substandard compared to my original contract--it was missing the premium features I paid for, and the exterior trim was visibly peeling

I have leased many cars before so I'm aware that you always have to pay for your registration/plates no matter where you go but I really put zero down paid my plates and tax and got the car at the advertised price. When I went to the dealer to test drive this car I spoke to a salesman and he wanted almost $7000 upfront and about $200 more a month. When I showed him the prices that M&V were offering he insisted that that was a scam he even got the manager and the manger said there is no way you can get this car at that price because any dealer will be loosing money with M&V's prices. Also I wanted dynamic handling on my car but the dealer once again told me there wasn't any car in NJ in stock with that option and dissuaded me from getting that option, so if I wanted that it would have to be a custom order and he therfor couldn't offer me any deals on any car that wasn't on their lot. I saw some reviews where people said someone some things that weren't all that positive but I assure you that this place is totally legit. I spoke with John and he made picking my car with all the options I wanted and didn't want painless for me. This really beats going to the dealer and waiting for hours while they get your car ready and have to negotiate a price down. I built my custom BMW online sent it to John, got to track it on the BMW website step by step and picked up the car at BMW in Brooklyn about 8 weeks later, I did have the option to have them deliver it but I just couldn't wait the Memorial day weekend out.
