It included contractors, fixtures, cabinets, stone and tile. It's overwhelming to select from all of the options but Carrie helped us hone in on a design that complemented our home. We have also worked with her to select flooring and carpet for our basement. She was able to get us better quality products for less money than the big box stores. The options were significantly more appealing and it was much easier to work with her verses the sales associates at the retail stores. We found her to be hard working, knowledgeable and she stands behind the products and contractors that she represents.

Our contract was signed for a simple remodel of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in May of 2013 - still don't have the materials, let alone the work done. We fired him, but he still has some of my mother's money, which we know we'll never get back from him. Doesn't answer emails, phone calls, etc - & when you do get ahold of him, has more excuses as to why he "just didn't get the messages" or "I did order them but it was wrong so had to send it back." Although he can't produce any kind of receipt trail that any of that was done. When materials actually did arrive, months after he said they would, most were wrong. No one in business has that kind of consistency in incorrect orders - those vendors wouldn't be able to stay in business! But somehow, everything was always someone else's fault. After we fired him, he supposedly agreed with our contractor to at least get the second bathroom's cabinets ordered, since he still had a considerable amount of my mother's money & that way she'd recoup some of it. We just found out he still hasn't ordered them (oh, wait! yes he did but they were wrong so he had to send them back!) My mother, who simply wanted to update her house, is now so tired and discouraged that she has no fight left in her over this. When she signed the contract with Todd, she was 85. She will now be 87 in a month. Does he just think he can out survive her, and he won't have to get the cabinets or refund her money? Don't, don't, don't use this guy. There are plenty of real professionals out there.

This is a shady business, if you wanna go for it and pay this dude not to pay his workers, go for it, but I'd find someone who is a stand up guy and runs a decent and honest business, that's just me though.
