In March 2019 we observed a bubbling of the shutter surface on five of our shutters. We immediately notified the owner of McFadden Designs requesting that the five panels be replace given they were under warranty. To date there has been no satisfactory resolution being stalled, passed over to Hunter Douglas, being passed off from one person to another, stating false claims as to why the shutters are defective. Requests for a replacement is more than justified especially given the $25,000 spend! Poor customer service!

What I appreciated most was that Kellie took the project head on and allowed my busy work life to run it's course and not be too affected by the work, design options, etc. She came to me with all of the samples and really nailed the design of the bathroom quite easily to work with our home and preferences. I also appreciated all of her contractors who had full access to come and go from my home as they needed without me having to worry or babysit them since I was too busy with my own work and my husband happened to be traveling for practically the entire renovation, so it made me feel very comfortable. Since then, I've actually used many of her contractors on other jobs of my own or referred them out to my client base since I'm a Realtor and have clients with many of these needs. I've used her Electrician, Tile Guy and another Contractor/Handyman on several other jobs. I'm very pleased with Kellie and her team. I LOVE my bathroom! Thank you Inspired by Design! Theresa

However, when it comes down to applying those ideas into your own home, we found ourselves as indecisive as possible with paint colors. We originally thought we fell in love with earth tone colors for our walls, but we weren't even sure which colors actually matched. After a million indecisive colors and a huge stack of swatches, we finally sought professional help! Time was running out, and the painters needed colors sooner than later. Denise to the rescue! Denise was professional and personal. She looked at the size of the house and bedrooms, as well as the natural lighting that was provided. She looked at our kitchen cabinets, counters, and our possible floor choice. She recommended something TOTALLY different from our original planning. She recommended light colors, took our original ideas, and incorporated into one unison style. When the finish product was done, we fell in love with the interior of the house. There was no way we could have imagined and foresee the potential the house has to offer on our own. We highly recommend Denise to anyone who is in need of some interior design.

I had never gone through major remodel or worked with a designer before and was unsure of the process. I researched and spoke with several designers. And they were firm, but polite, about the existing design elements that had to go. The renovation included a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a mud room. Angie and team asked me a lot of questions about my tastes, listened to my ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that I would love. The result is that they gave me such a beautiful place, one that I couldn't imagine getting to on my own, but it feels 100% mine and I enjoy it every day!
