After reviewing the damage, Marvin indicated that it could be rebuilt and upgraded. After securing all necessary parts, Marvin and his associate completely rebuilt and upgraded the fireplace. It is important to note that gas fireplace components and starter assemblies have been much improved in the last three decades. I highly recommend FTS for service, repair and upgrades. The process went very smoothly considering I had already purchased the range top, hood, and sink. I had already selected which quartz I want to use too. I was working with another company, but lost all confidence in them delivering. Submitted for the free quote and Jarren came out to do it. I was very impressed by the detailed analysis and design confirmation of my choices. He already knew how much quartz I would purchase and how I can maximize the material with minimal waste. Not a lot of vendors share this insight on a quote. In addition, I needed a cabinet modification. Switching from cooktop to range top. No one wanted to do the cabinet modification. This was right up Stonecrafts alley. They do cabinets!! Having experience with costs, he was within the range I was expecting, so I was happy to move forward. The installation schedule was shared and executed according to plan. At no point did I have to adjust my plans. The installation team was very professional. I am very happy with the results. Based on our bad experience we do not recommend StoneCraft as a general contractor for a kitchen…read moreremodeling project. StoneCraft subcontracted out various portions of our kitchen remodel project but did a poor job of coordinating, overseeing and communicating with those subcontractors (Team). StoneCraft technically never completed the project not did a StoneCraft representative perform a detailed monitoring of the project as it progressed. Here are a few examples of StoneCraft's lack of oversight and follow through: The Team that demolished the granite countertop did not provide a schematic diagram so that the quartz installation Team would know the correct number of holes necessary for the sink area. They didn't account for the instant hot water dispenser and the associated hose. Weeks later a hole had to be drilled in the already installed quartz countertop. Unfortunately we had to purchase a new instant hot water dispenser because the demolition Team lost or threw away key parts of the old one. After the old granite countertop was demolished and the new quartz countertop installed our Bosch dishwasher no longer worked. It turned out, a hose was damaged during the disconnecting and/or reconnecting of the various hoses underneath the newly installed sink. We had to hire another contractor to diagnose the problem and to fix the dishwasher connections. The StoneCraft representative, Jarren, denied responsibility because, "StoneCraft didn't move the dishwasher during the project". However, StoneCraft, per the contract, removed and reinstalled hoses. The Team installed two electrical outlets that didn't work so they had to be prompted to return to fix the problem. The Team had to be called back to repaint areas of the kitchen ceiling that they initially painted, although poorly. The Team had to reorder the correct kitchen floor tiles twice, once because they brought the wrong pattern and a second time because they didn't bother to look in the boxes to notice the contents were not correct. Finally, the team delivered a pantry door sans a handle (only a hole). Jarren ghosted us so we had to hire a handyman to install a newly purchased door handle. Although hiring StoneCraft was a big mistake we learned a lesson but at least we kept the numerous emails that documented the above ordeal.

Each time Moises and his crew come through in spades. Just some general positives: easy to work with, responsive, efficient, respectful and lots of value. In particular our kitchen remodel turned out super good. For example, Miguel who did our quartz work is a star. We had some intricate cuts and detailed designs that turned out fantastic. He did a stellar job on our fireplace surround as well. We had extra quartz and he was able to replace our old dated tile. I'm not sure if pictures do his work justice but it turned out better than I imagined. Moises is very easy to work with. We got a lot of value for the work his company did. We definitely got our money's worth. For example, we had some on the fly changes as homeowner's often do and he was very accommodating. He is always quick to answer any of our questions as well. Just a few notes when working with any contractor which applies to TTS. Always watch their work and voice any of your concerns. Like our faucet wasn't fitting right so Moises made sure the work was perfect. Also, communicate with them about their work schedule. Make sure you know when they are coming to prevent surprises. TTS is very much on schedule and make the most of their days. No time wasted. We will be using them in the future for other projects!

We LOVE our shower remodels by Tiger Tile!…read more We were in dire need of replacing the builder grade standard fiberglass tub/shower enclosure and fiberglass shower pan in our bathrooms. After getting three estimates we settled with Tiger Tile. Response time for making an appointment with them for an estimate was quick. The owner, Moises, met with us and we told him what WE wanted to have done. He made some suggestions which we took into consideration. They were the most competitive and thankfully, their schedule was open to work on our showers in a couple of weeks. We reviewed and signed the contract for both our shower remodels. When the time came, they began working first on the main/hallway shower. The master shower was done about a week later. His crew arrived promptly and sometimes as early as 7am! There will never be a day they don't come to work on the project unless it is a day to wait for the waterproofing to dry. They protected our floors from foot traffic prior to demo and cleaned up when the day ended. The master shower had a few snafus along the way, but we were able to work those problems. A pony wall was installed as well as a small window on top of one of the shower walls. The window made a big difference in natural lighting! The master shower took about 10 days to complete (without glass enclosure). The glass enclosure on the master shower was done by a different vendor. Tiger Tile has a company they use, but you are welcome to get estimates from other glass vendors. The crew that did the work, and Yaqueline at the office was very pleasant to work with. If we had any questions or concerns, we were able to get answers right away. Both showers were completed last July 2022 in a little over two weeks. I highly recommend Tiger Tile for all your bathroom remodeling projects; they are great to work with. We are a very happy customer!
