This assessment finds every strength and weakness of your child. When we started going over it together, there were ones that were definitely questionably written. But they do this on purpose to try to get you to sign up (which I get). My son attended Sylvan for 4 months, and we had multiple incidents with the tutors (former teachers). They were unprofessional. When there was a problem addressed, we brought it up to the owner who assured us he would address it with his teacher, and there was a clear disconnection in communication with the two. The next week we found out she was gone, and there was another teacher. She didn't seem too much better. At drop off I came to pick up my son, and used the bathroom and I noticed the trash overflowing... When my son did not progress in reading, they recommended we come for longer, and more days a week. We already were coming 1 hour 3 times a week. He was clearly exhausted. We brought some of his homework in, and the teacher erased all the answers that he had done and made him start from the beginning (this is after we had worked with him on his homework for 2 hours prior). Bottom line, don't waste your money here.
