They don't answer the phone and I was actually told to drive there (no insurance) to fix the fact that they messed up my autopay. Here I thought I had insurance! I got no notification or anything communication. The first girl Melissa was nice enough but didn't know anything and just wanted to buy my car since she knew that I was going to buy a new one. I had an incident with a brand new car )brakes didn't work) and was deciding whether I should use insurance. That's when I found out that I had no insurance. I had already asked the head guy that I didn't want to deal with her anymore. I called all day today and got no response. Can't believe that I was driving with no insurance! Do NOT use this agent!!! I am thankful I was checking on my insurance; otherwise I wouldn't know I had no insurance. I I finally ended up after 7 phone calls and found another Freeway agent. I will follow up this review when I know how his service is. So hard because I know zero about insurance. So far, can't find places in Harbor Gateway. When my initial policy was totally wrong, the 800 number gave me someone in Andrea, CA and she took care of my policy immediately. Today, after finding out I had no insurance, I happened to get a CA person on the 800 number who said he would fix the autopsy and at a discount rate because of the not so intelligent folks by Walmart, Harbor Gateway. I am finding out that Yelp may not be the best way to go and that the people who work at the establishment might be the ones giving the reviews. Had a super misleading ratings with dentists! People may not be picky but I am extremely disappointed with this Freeway Insurance. How they have 3sraes is nuts!

I accepted for them to give me a quote and they told me they could give me a better price than my current policy. I asked if they're sure about it and they said yes, showing me the price. So I cancel my old insurance and when I got their insurance they said they're sorry, there was a mistake, they could not give me the price they offered me. For sure I got very upset. At the end they gave me some gift cards as credit for the price they could not match. Even when they try to fix it, I wasn't happy with what happened. First, they still lied to me. Second, they wasted my time. And 3rd, the following policy (after 6 months) came without the gift cards so at the end I ended up paying more that what they initially told me. I didn't contact them because I was so sick of that so I decided to pay the extra money for my peace of mind. Now it's time to renew my policy again. I had a minor accident in February. I'll include the pictures so you can see how small was the incident. I just found out they are increasing my policy from $946.34 to $2717.30!!!!! Yes, you read it right. I just contacted the person who managed my accident claim to see if I killed someone (sarcasm). I just don't understand how they can increase my policy from $157.7 to $452.9 PER MONTH. I don't get it. When I received the new policy I was convinced it was a mistake so I called them to ask. And that's absolutely right!! They're charging me $452.9 PER MONTH. Please see the damage of the car in the pictures. So, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET ALLSTATE INSURANCE. And of course I cancelled my insurance coverage with them and already got a new insurance for $180.00 per month.

They put me at fault based on the words of the opposing party even though I have physical evidence & eye witnesses . So I decide screw it they are not going to help me so its time to get the car fixed, I take the car leave it there at there designated bodyshop for about a week I decide to call to follow up because I get no updates or anything like usual, then I get told by the car fixers that the insurance company hasn't went to look at the car yet, I call my car insurance to see what's going on to find out that they were unaware that my vehicle was there. This insurance is a joke, they are unprofessional & don't care about there clients. All the employee's in the office are RUDE COMBATIVE. The lack of communication is horrendous Cant believe such a business exists! Would avoid at all costs. I will freely contact anyone who has questions about this insurance location.

I went back right away to ask why and how to fix it. I was told to close the current policy and open a new one. I paid another broker's fee fyi and was told all is good and the agent will take care of everything. A couple weeks after, i received a mail from the insurance to close the old policy so i contacted them to do it. I thought everything was done but a couple months ago i received a letter from a debt collector and kept receiving calls. It was during Christmas time so i was on vacation so i was just calling and texting my agent even the first agent who helped me with the first policy. He said he will let the current agent know and to call me back. No one did. I had to call freeway insurance main office but i was told just to contact my agent or call the insurance directly. But even them was a pain in the butt. They wanted me to email my old and current policy so they can adjust it and i can forget about the debt. No response even, it's been almost a month now. Long story short, i paid the debt instead of ruining my credit. Never again with any freeway insurance company. Rather get insurance directly no more broker.
