Where do I begin? I had a DUI from 2019 and I needed to finish my requirements to get my DL my first program was waste of time and money but this class was the one! The enrollment was smooth. I can't say enough great things about the Alert Program. Ms. Jackie and her entire staff are truly amazing. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel supported while helping you stay accountable and get through the program the right way. The educational videos and group sessions really opened my eyes. Went to the 3 month program and learned so much! Very informative! Loved the counselors!

This program is a good choice for anyone who has to take it, the group sessions are introspective and educational. Certain subjects during the group sessions make you reconsider your life choices, certain habits that can negatively affect your way of life and close relationships, be it family, romantic, or friends. These sessions make you take stock of what you desire for the future. Everyone's story varies, whether it be drug-related or alcohol related, but all in all, once hearing people's accounts, you get an insight into your struggles and tribulations. Dixie is a wonderful counselor and amazing person who will share stories of her own experiences, letting you relate, knowing no judgment will be passed upon you. She has a great quotes about the meaning of mistakes. She breaks it down into an acronym that is relatable and very easy to understand. That is her secret I cannot reveal, one thing she made sure of is that whatever was said in that class stayed in the class. She was always assuring everyone that that class was a safe space. Just like most ppl i went into the program dreading it and thinking it was going to be a waste of time since i didn't really like to drink nor cared for it and didn't consider myself a alcoholic but this program not only thought me that just because you don't drink everyday you're not an alcoholic but that there are different types Sad drinker happy drinkers social drinkers and the type of alcoholic i used to be the one who drinks to get the way i see it you're an alcoholic no matter how little alcohol you consume alcohol has no benefit whatsoever and for you to willingly poison your body and fall for one of the biggest scams this world has created Besides it suppressing unwanted emotions or making you feel like a different person And does nothing but bring chaos but since they pocket so much money from all these different types of DUI regulations and instead of banning alcohol to solve the problem But since there ain't no money in that And basically double whamming your pockets By paying them to poison yourself and if go to far you you end up doubling their profits and providing them with a whopping $28 per class that is supposed to help you change for the better But in reality kinda made me wanna drink even more cause i gonna spend money when im trying to save and sit in a room for two hour talking about experiences, feelings, and emotions The program isn't so bad if you just participate and be honest and real Everyone got some type of crazy story but at the end of it all we all ended up in the same place doing the same shit and they picked they best people to help guide us in the right direction Dixie is one of the realest people you will ever meet and is not afraid to tell it like it is some people take her way of being personal but alll it is is tuff love cause she wants nothing but to see us do better and be better she really made my time in the program fly so fast and made coming to class not seem so much like a chore but more like I'm going to my friends house to get some life lessons and i can't forget about Jackie even though i know she has a lot going on with making sure the program is programming she still manages to keep that smile on her face I wish i could say something like i can't wait to come back hahaha but i know that would give my time im the program no meaning but instead take alll that i learned from the best counselor and make her proud by not being dumb read more

I absolutely loved this program. My initial enrolment session with the wonderful Jacque was informative, professional, non-judgmental, and highly motivating. The online classes were super interesting, and the in-person group counselling was literally life changing. The instructor Nicole was absolutely awesome. A beacon of knowledge and experience, with a calm and patient manner. I genuinely looked forward to attending my classes each week and I was actually sad when they were over and wished I was doing the 9-months program instead of the 3 months! There is no judgement, no 'preachiness', and no pressure. You are not made to feel bad or like a failure, and neither do they demonize alcohol. The classes teach you to have RESPECT for alcohol and to enjoy it responsibly, whilst exploring the effect it has on the body, physically and mentally. It focuses on awareness, personal responsibility, and taking care of oneself and others. It challenges you to think out-of-the-box, become a better person, and to take a step back and look deep inside yourself and how your actions and outlook on life can mold you into a better human being. One thing I said all along during the program was that it was something I would VOLUNTARILY sign up for because I found it so rewarding. You may feel initially that this course is part of your punishment for your mistake, but in reality, it's a second chance at righting your wrongs, and teaching you how to learn from your experience and turn the negative into a positive. My particular group included a wide variety of people, and once everyone had settled into the swing of things, we were all able to open up, share, and participate. Don't be afraid to be honest and join in the discussions and activities. No one is judging you - everyone is in the same boat. Don't be shy, aloof, or negative. Embrace the experience and participate! Trust me, it really isn't as bad as you think it's going to be. You get out what you put in. Overall, the course was extremely well devised, well run, and excellent value for money. You can pay in full, monthly, or pay-as-you-go. Be there in good time, refreshed, energized, and ready to roll. Go in with a positive mental attitude and you'll reap the rewards. Not sure what happened, but after 8 months of sobriety, a friend of mine felt mistreated by these guys, directly resulting in his relapse. The director of the company wouldn't even describe her program to me, nor the basic requirements for completion. Hmmm...not sure a person can trust this company to support sobriety...be careful!!! read more
