I believe it was her first day, she was very professional and knowledgeable, even offering me a sample of locally sourced kombucha, which I highly recommend trying. Another staff member Chad, who was very personable greeted me initially. I thought he was the owner he was super knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the available packages, ensuring I was well educated and was able to get a package that fit my needs being I live so far. I did the cryotherapy session on the highest level for 3-minutes and 30-second. While it was intense it's absolutely bearable, the feeling afterward was well worth it. After that I experienced the compression therapy, which I highly recommend for anyone with a desk job or who sits for extended periods it felt sooo good. The spa itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, it was clean which enhanced the overall experience. Given the quality of treatments and the professionalism of the staff, investing in a monthly package is a wise choice for those living nearby. Even though I live farther away I will absolutely be returning soon.

They make you feel so comfortable, and they educate you about what's about to happen. They also talk you through 3mnts of treatment because this could be a very painful treatment if you are not used to it and hate cold. But the benefits of it though! My back pain is gone!! And I feel so energized everytime I come out from here. And it's only 3mnts. Pretty darn amazing! I haven't gone in a bit but definitely will come back soon after the new year!

A few weeks later, I noticed an additional $39 charge on my account. When I called to ask about it, the staff told me they charged us for an extra session because they claimed we used 11 instead of 10. I explained that I only purchased 10 sessions and did not authorize any additional charges. They said the manager would call me back to issue a refund, but I never heard from anyone again. It's disappointing that a business would charge a customer's card without clear consent and then fail to follow up. I do not recommend this location. Be cautious if you give them your credit card information -- it feels like they can just charge you and later claim it was authorized.

I've also been using whole body cryotherapy to reduce inflammation and speed recovery from harder workouts. The lymphatic drainage massage is incredible. I've had only one session but I was offered a package to make returning for a series more affordable. In fact, most if not all services have packages or memberships which bring down the prices if you are planning repeat visits. The treatments are fantastic, and the staff is great. The place is always well staffed. I've never had a wait for anything unless I had an appointment and arrived early. My walk in visits are also quick. And the staff knew my name after only a couple visits. They are friendly and efficient. I've been to other cryo facilities in the area but this is now my self care home base. It's the best of the best.

Mine was $15 or so. After the staff gives you a tour, they'll take you to the private rooms where you do your 3 minute drill in the cold. Like the reviews state, the staff keeps you talking so you don't feel much. Just remember to wear socks and gloves. I forgot to wear my gloves and couldn't feel my fingers for a couple hours. It wasn't that bad tho, as it was my fault and not anybody else's. The 3 minutes went by quickly, and before you know it I was getting dressed and on my way home. Before I become a regular tho, I want scientific research that backs up the so-called benefits of this. If anyone can find articles or research please send it! Really cool concept though!
